Easy transportation access. The MRT is nearby. Laundry is nearby. Supermarkets are nearby. McDonald's and Starbucks are also nearby. The views from the elevators are also beautiful, just like at Hopewell. The staff are friendly and polite.

This is my go to hotel over the last 15 years every time I’m in HK. The hotel has been refreshed since the last time I came here (around 3 years ago). Expect the same friendly warm greeting and service with clean rooms.

The hotel is situated at a great location, very convenient for public transport. It was a very comfortable stay. The staff are well-trained and efficient. Breakfast is good, and there are a few food options within the hotel premises.

The hotel's location is quite good, about 400 meters from Jordan Station. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and there's a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel. The room was very clean and spacious, comfortable especially since we had our child with us at the time. For the price, it's definitely worth it.

Artsy Hotel, the hotel design is so lovely. Edgy! The location is the best! Near Jordan MRT, Kai Kai Dessert, and many more. There's also 7-Eleven & McDonald's open 24 hours nearby. If I have a chance to visit HK again, I would love to stay at Eaton again. Also, for Hongkong hotel standards, their room is so spacious, enough for a couple of travelers.

A21 bus takes you almost to the door of the hotel. Very modern western artsy vibe hotel with all front staff speaking English. Very accommodating when we arrived around 1100hrs and told we could have our room by midday. Our room was the Cabin Studio which I DON'T recommend. On paper it should give the illusion of more room since the toilet & shower are seperate stalls. However, as soon as you finish any of your business you either walk straight out the shower wet into the bedroom or wash your hands in the bedroom which was felt intrusive. Limited surface areas and essentially only one storage space made the place feel much smaller than necessary and with our belongings very cluttered. That was more of a "me" problem to be honest. Air Con was nice and strong as well as the shower. Housekeeping was courteous. Almost every night there was a DJ in the bar area which from almost any floor by the lift lobby you could clearly hear. However were our room was situated (722) we couldn't hear a thing. Just something to be aware of. The bottom sub-level had it own buffet 7 station choices, however we found the price to be a bit steep per person. Just above that sub-level was another level with a number of independent vendors of a mix of chinese/vietnamese/japanese/Burgers and even pizza cuisine at a much more reasonable price (open from 11-2200hrs) all accepting Visa/Mastercard/Octopus/AlipayHK/WechatPayHK/*PayMe/*KPay (*not all vendors).

This hotel is very well located. This was my second stay. They have a food court at the basement level, which has some excellent food. Great prices as well. The staff are always helpful. We had an issue with the pillows. 1 was very soft and the other very high and firm. When my partner asked for any other solution he wasn't helped much. I went back later in the pm and spoke to a young man who came up with a solution. I received however, 2 quilts?!!. I then left a note for the cleaner who serviced our rooms. They changed it. The room itself was comfortable and cleaned every day. The only downside is the very thin door and walls. I could hear every door bang, conversation in the corridors or in the adjacent rooms. This did wake me up a few times.

Overall my stay was pretty good except the room was a bit small for two, and there was no outlet for the hairdryer in the bathroom. There were plenty of choices for the breakfast. I don’t think there is any airport shuttle; however, airport bus A21 stop is just steps away from the hotel.

Hotel was clean and near the main road which made it very accessible. They did not provide toilet amenities eg. Toothbrush and water came in a large glass bottle. I booked a "Study" room which was more expensive than the other rooms. It was advertised with a number of LARGE windows. However someone wrote me and asked if I would be OK to accept a single bed or a standard bed. This was crazy. I expected a bed not for the college kids despite the name of the room. I mentioned it to the check in clerk and he gave me the "STUDY" room which had a king size bed and with many windows, as advertised. What happened and why about the message before I checked in?
