The hotel is situated at a great location, very convenient for public transport. It was a very comfortable stay. The staff are well-trained and efficient. Breakfast is good, and there are a few food options within the hotel premises.

The hotel's location is quite good, about 400 meters from Jordan Station. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and there's a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel. The room was very clean and spacious, comfortable especially since we had our child with us at the time. For the price, it's definitely worth it.

Artsy Hotel, the hotel design is so lovely. Edgy! The location is the best! Near Jordan MRT, Kai Kai Dessert, and many more. There's also 7-Eleven & McDonald's open 24 hours nearby. If I have a chance to visit HK again, I would love to stay at Eaton again. Also, for Hongkong hotel standards, their room is so spacious, enough for a couple of travelers.

We came very early in the morning, although we couldn't check in, the staff offered us to have refreshment at their gym and we went there for a shower 😁. Thank you! The cleanliness is also super. Their towels are very clean & the room has no smell at all. Kudos for Eaton! 😍

Eaton HK is located strategically in Tsim Sha Tsui with vibrant art deco vibes. It was a very wonderful experience for every vacation either couples or family with kids. The room was nice and clean. There was a pool at the top of the building. There were also several food courts if you want something to eat.

Location is the best..Rooms are getting dated. We stayed in room 1701 and the AC isn’t strong enough. It was bearable but not comfortable. Elevators are slow sometimes. If they update the rooms a bit it would be better. I still like the location but definitely needs renovations.

Hotel was convenient and pleasant. It got 4 elevators but only one or two works, there were bunch of people waiting in line just to get in. Also the elevators are outside near the driveway, that was kinda weird. But overall, the hotel was good.

We stayed two nights with a family of 4. We really liked the location, very near the Temple St market and subway stations.
Pros: Very clean room and bathroom. Modern shower with simple controls. Mini-fridge to keep leftovers. Beds are firm but surprisingly comfortable. Bedding is clean and high-quality. Air-conditioning was excellent. Rooftop gym and pool were very nice.
Cons: smaller than it looks in the photos. Wi-Fi was quite bad, intermittently working and not. Elevators take a very long time to arrive.
I don’t know what the money we spent (almost 400 CAD per night) would get you elsewhere in HK. It was expensive, but I get the sense that everything in HK is. You would get better value in Paris or Toronto, but overall we were very happy here!
There is a restaurant hall in the basement with a vibrant atmosphere and lots of options.

Most chaotic lobby/lift arrangement for a hotel. Once you arrive, it makes sense why they don’t have any pictures of the lobby area. Terrible and rude receptionists, it’s not a language barrier thing - we speak Cantonese and English, and doesn’t make any difference. Despite being advertised as non smoking hotel, the lifts and common corridor stank of smoke. Ended up using the dirty service lifts for majority of the stay because the guest lifts are shared with their public food court. Only thing great is the room is relatively clean and spacious for its price.

The room my family and I stayed in was clean and updated, but the room my parents stayed in was older and not as clean. One can clearly see stains on the carpet, and the carpet can use a deep cleaning. The bathroom floor in my parents's room was also not mopped. There was a sticky area as soon as you stepped into the bathroom. Other than that, the hotel was fine. Staff were ok. They weren't rude, but at the same time, they weren't exactly friendly either.
