Eaton HK

Good location.

Second time this year I stayed here and overall the hotel and location is great. Staff are helpful

everything as what i expect ,WELL DONE .

The hotel was clean and well positioned. Staff very very helpful. Room was a good size for my family of 3.

Outstanding in every way. We were a family of four (kids 6 & 11) with just 3 days in Hong Kong and the Eaton was a fabulous choice. The family room is phenomenal - a bunk bed in the second bedroom! Staff went above and beyond, even helping facilitate an early check in when we arrived delirious with jet lag. The hotel has one of the best breakfast buffets we’ve experienced in any continent, and the international food court was such a great choice for dinner with eaters who all fancied different things. Although we couldn’t take advantage of the fantastic cultural offer (an international sound festival and lots of pop up bars) these were fun to observe at a distance. The Eaton is in a part of Nathan Road Kowloon that is really buzzy & dynamic - we were so delighted to have stayed somewhere with such life and energy, close to Temple St markets. Could not recommend more enthusiastically.

the only ghing was that when it rained our room was also wet / carpet wet from the rain . i thinknthe windows leaked . but location is perfect .

This hotel offers a family room which is good if you’re traveling with children. It is spacious and good for groups. Although the bathroom is small and tight, we are still able to make it work since the whole room is quite big for 4 people. It is next to a Starbucks which is add on for us as we love our Starbucks coffee. I highly recommend this hotel for families and group of friends. It is worth the money.

Staff especially concierge were helpful with booking a taxi for the airport and carrying the luggage.

Nice location

Aside from a closet door that didn’t smoothly open, our stay at the Eaton was excellent. The food and services were great and the location was great with easy access to MTR and taxis.

A fabulous location and option if you want to be in the heart of the city. Lots of transit options, excellent rates, rooms are small (<200sq.ft.) but clean and well laid out for those only looking to explore. There is an excellent bar with good cocktails and a Michelin one star Cantonese that is mostly worth the cost (honey bbq pork especially). The rooftop pool is small but functional.

I specifically requested no smoking room, and it turn out the room smells like cigarettes all the time. The ventilation in the room was bad and room is small.

Check in staff was rude and no personality what so ever. Location is great , breakfast was great. Especially the pancakes ( so fluffy and tasty). Close to MTR and night market

A good stay. Very clean rooms with excellent service. Check in was way overcrowded and chaotic but apart from tha tq good stay in an excellent location.
