We had a pleasant stay. The room is spacious enough for two. The view is wonderful, even though we expected more.. but it was good enough. The room is clean, tidy. The bed was comfortable. And it's near to the north point station. Which is great. Oh and we asked the front desk to book a cab for us to go to the airport the next morning at 6 am. And they handled it. We just went out the following morning and found our cab was ready. Thank you for the service.

The hotel itself is quite outdated, but it was clean, the location is perfect (walking distance to Avenue of the Stars), and one thing we were really glad we did was to take the paid room upgrade to a suite! The standard room is quite spacious, especially for Hong Kong already, so of course the suite would be really spacious. It was old fashioned but again, was clean. With the room upgrade, we got early check-in, access to the exclusive lounge (it was wonderful! Snacks, massage chair, alcohols!), late check-out, and airport transfer. It was for sure worth the upgrade! Dennis at the Front Office was really helpful and great. We had an amazing stay!

Stayed here multiple times and it only seems to get better and better. While the exterior and interior of the hotel seem like they are getting old fashioned, it's perfect for my taste, and being right down near the gateway to the main Hennessy Road, major shopping areas, foods, and closeness to the tram, MTR, and Victoria Park, the location is unbeatable. While the standard rooms are still fairly spacious, try to get the larger rooms with amazing views of the harbor and city. Service was impeccable and hope they keep up the standard for many more years to come!

It's very worth it and has spacious room and bathroom compared to other hotels with same budget. Very close to MTR Fortress Hill. Modern minimalist and clean room. Complete bathroom amenities. And have free simple breakfast (coffee, tea, bread, fruits).

Hotel with the best service. Very friendly and helpful staff since the beginning of our booking, when we had some problems with our reservation, we were given the best solution. We stayed 5 nights here after moving from another hotel. The room is very spacious and clean. The toilet is huge with a bathtub. The staff are very helpful and friendly. While we were waiting for my friend and her family to come down, the staff gave my daughter a Christmas sock with a bell and chocolates inside. It is necessary to walk 10 minutes to subway stations, but it's okay, we enjoyed the walk. The location is at a quieter side compared to other hotels. Overall, I will recommend this hotel to friends and families. I will definitely come back to stay at this hotel again.

Stayed 2 times in this hotel already. Everything you need is here in this hotel. Right beside Times Square mall and the MTR station. So many places to go to beside it, like the Lee Gardens. There is also a small street at the back which has places that close like 3 AM, so if you arrive really late you can grab some food and drinks there at the back.

MasyaAllah dan alhamdulillah kita dapat hotel yang lokasinya benar-benar perfect ke mana-mana dan dekat dengan train station, busway every second minute will passed in front of you, juga restoran di mana-mana. Perfect place to stay with your family and affordable price. All surrounding hotel convenient, 2 minutes walk to the I square, many supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. The most important we found halal restaurant next door, level 1. I stay 7th days during Ragasa Typhoon and really safe hotel. Friendly staff too. Next time if we come back to Hongkong, we know where we have to go😇😘 Thanks for look after us.
