Good for service and good for transportation to urban areas and cost effective

My stay in this hotel was very pleasant. There were a few problems, the lack of suitable power points at the head of the beds and the internet dropping to substandard speeds. Other than these, my stay was comfortable and I loved the view ( if you like watching container ships dock, unload and load, and tug boats and maritime activity and vessels ). The hotel is perfectly priced and I’d be very happy staying there again. The 88F & 88G green minibuses performed an excellent service and do enquire of the hotel staff at check in if you are not familiar with these buses.

The staff was friendly but the property itself was not very nice

Bed is so dirty and my daughter had a rash all over her face after spent a night there. Floor is also dirty. The bathroom door close the door on my sister, it almost broke her fingers. My oldest daughter was struggling to open the bathroom door.

It’s not enough elevators for huge amount of customers.

Overall stay was satisfactory and good value. Pool was very good and big, not very busy at all so it’s relaxing. Very friendly and helpful laundry service staff, but toilet/sink area a little tight.

Like the size of room for the price. Limited transportation. Swimming pool is not free to use, about 40 hkd per person per use

On checking in, the staff didn’t give much information. We were given keys to our room and that was it. I had to ask about dining options, no offer was made to help with luggage. We once stayed out a little after eleven and when we came back with the bus the entrance from the convenient stores were closed off and we had to walk all the way around, I had no problem with this since it seems to be a safety measure but a heads up from front desk on check in would have been nice to avoid the stress of walking that distance so late to get in. It was then we were told they closed off at 11pm- 6am 🙄. I tried calling front desk from my room 3 times the phone just rang without answer, when I got downstairs 3 representatives at the desk only one dealing with guest, why wasn’t anyone else answering the phone? The hotel is close to airport, convenient ride to Disney and have restaurant, 7-11 , supermarket and pharmacy on the ground floor. You will need to access some form of transportation for anything else. Our rooms were quite small and the head board area facing the window could do with some cleaning.

It is safe to stay here. Everyday they are cleaning tge room. The only thing that I didn't like was the noise from the hallway and other room. Also, I didn't like the smell of our room.

We enjoyed our stay at the Rambler Garden. The staff was courteous and gave us a free upgrade. The room was neat and clean. The swimming pool is one of the largest in Hong Kong and was great, even with the $40 HKD extra charge. On the other hand, dining options was rather limited, with only a Chinese fast food restaurant in the mall beneath the hotel (Cafe de Coral).

It's okay if you're on a budget

The Chinese tourists staying in the hotel are noisy. Hair dryer didn't work but they provided a plug in one that worked. Air conditioner cold and needed air filter cleaning. The front desk and room service people are nice.
