The staff were genuinely welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay from the moment I arrived. The facilities were excellent, and the room itself was impressively spacious and thoughtfully equipped for both rest and convenience. They also provide a water dispenser in the hallway, allowing guests to conveniently refill their tumbler anytime.

Location is very near to arrival hall Terminal 1 of Hong Kong Airport. Room and bed are comfortable. Breakfast is okay and there’s halal corner. Perfect if you want to visit Disneyland and Ngong Ping Cable Car, because it’s also near and there’s free shuttle from hotel.

Every thing was good except for that the staff was not very friendly sometimes and that there was no bottle water in the room. There was an empty bottle. 😂 the room is clean and upgraded.

I have stayed in this hotel many times. The best feature is the proximity to the airport. However, over the years, many little extras have disappeared, including bottled water. There is now an empty glass bottle that you need to fill from a dispenser located in the corridor. There is also no longer any moisturiser available.
