Great Hotel. Easy to access from airport T 1. Friendly staff. Very fast check in and check out. Peaceful. Very standard amenities in bathrooms. No bottle of water in room, but they provide an empty clean bottle and drink water fountain on each floor. Thank you for a good night sleep on transit.

Best hotel for transit in HK.

The location is great, just a 5-minute walk to Terminal 1, but the staff seemed very bureaucratic.

Check in time took 1 hour more. I didnt expected that in 5 star hotel

All good and I think I will be staying again another day if I visit Japan or Hong Kong, thank you. For the good service and friendly staff. See you again another day.

Standard airport hotel, just comfortable for early morning flight or late night arrival. Not far from HKIA arrival hall. Most liked is the refillable water dispenser on each floor

If it wasn't for the overnight transit, it wouldn't be a good idea to stay in this hotel. Old hotels are not a problem for us, but the cleanliness is lacking. When we entered the first room given, the room smelled and we asked to move, after being moved, even though it was more spacious, the room was older and not clean. It's not comfortable to stay here even though the price is quite high. Have no choice.

Should be a very good place, except the place was really cold in April and I can't increase the temperature of my room.

Anyway, it's the best hotel for transfers. It's attached to the airport so you can use your time efficiently.

Best hotel for transit in hong kong. The room was clean and comfy.

Overall comfortable and no problem, the hotel closest to Hong Kong airport which we usually use every morning flight so we don't have to rush and don't have to wake up too early. Just walk to the terminal because it is connected between the hotel and the terminal.

it's nice place for staying if you have next flight in the next day. we arrived around 10.30 pm, it was long queue to check in.

I've arrived around midnight and when I checked in, the receptionist gave me and my colleagues a same room number - it supposed to be different room. Then, my key doesn't work so I need to down all the way to the lobby again - pls note that I'm sooo exhausted at that time. It turns out that they forgot to scan the key, so the key won't be able to open the door. The receptionist didn't helpful at all.

Overall I am very happy, staff are very friendly, location is near with airport. Price is affordable.

Must stay at this hotel if you want to visit disneyland, ngongping village, citygate outlet, etc in lantau island. Don't worry for the access if you landing at midnight, you can walk from the arrival only 5 minutes. So comfortable hotel.

Except for the convenient location, there is nothing outstanding to deserve the second most luxurious in Hong Kong.

I arrived early from Lantau Island, and even though it was before check-in time, the staff was incredibly helpful in getting me into my room ahead of schedule. The express check-out option was also a great convenience, especially since we needed to catch a flight.
