The hotel is clean and the breakfast is delicious. The location is passed by the A21 bus from the airport. There is a free shuttle bus to the airport express train station and to Tsim Tsa Sui. Close to Chinese food restaurants. Price is reasonable. Recommended for families.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the hotel is very fragrant, until indonesia kangen wanginya, the employees are fine and very helpful, kemana2 easy ride shuttle bus, continue the train ride, if to hongkong again must stay there again

The front desk is reasonably helpful despite some staff in the concierge is a bit rude. Cleaner does their job well and always greet in the morning which is nice. The shuttle bus service to Kwai Fong MTR is convenient and the drivers are cheerful. Though if you don’t book in advance you might not get a seat, which I don’t think would be a problem as it takes only a short stroll to Tai Wo Hau / Kwai Hing MTR, however you will be questioned by the concierge why didn’t you book in advance. I would like to tell them cause I didn’t know what the time I would get up when I am on holiday lol. Overall a good experience at a reasonably priced hotel. Recommend to those on a budget and don’t mind taking 20-30mins tube (MTR) to central Hong Kong. Bonus, for those looking for a local experience, you will find all sort of local shops and restaurants in the nearby Kwai Hing / Tai Wo Hau area within 10-15 mins walk!

this is my second time staying in Dorsett Tsuen Wan.. nothing upgrated.since 6 years ago.the grout inside the bathroom full of mould ,carpet floor..is old,others is ok, acceptable.the I assume the hotel was full it made the staffs so busy fr morning till night,specially with the shuttle bus that you can see the stress on their face, I was dare to ask any more info
