We had a pleasant stay. The room is spacious enough for two. The view is wonderful, even though we expected more.. but it was good enough. The room is clean, tidy. The bed was comfortable. And it's near to the north point station. Which is great. Oh and we asked the front desk to book a cab for us to go to the airport the next morning at 6 am. And they handled it. We just went out the following morning and found our cab was ready. Thank you for the service.

This space accommodates me pretty well and good. The staffs are nice. The amenities are completely great. The facilities are awesome. the view of the room is magical. Everything is well done, excellent and perfection.

First time to stay in this hotel and I'm truly satisfied. Big and clean room. I was even allowed to have allate checkout. Will surely go back to this hotel in my next trip.

This is a fabulous hotel with a nice room ( Concierge 22nd Floor) and a super friendly staff. My only criticism is that the main floor restaurant caters mainly, as in near totally, to buffet customers, which for me is not ideal.
The upstairs restaurant however is superb, especially if you like Canadian lobster. And, it’s priced quite reasonable given the high end fair.
I would definitely stay here again.

Spent a wonderful 5 days with my family (two kids aged 5 and 8) and my mum who is 72. We got two interconnected rooms which were comfortable and clean. We had lovely views of Kowloon too. The staff were super helpful. The concierge team helped us book a table at a restaurant. They even helped us locate my son’s lost backpack left in a taxi. Breakfast buffet was next level. A lot of options to choose from and not crowded. Will stay there again!

This Hotel was just perfect. The hotel rooms are so clean. So close to subway station. Near restaurant. Staffs are so helpful. Buffet breakfast was superb. Amazing stay. Will use this hotel again!!!

Very close to North Point MTR station. If you have business or family in North Point, this is the best location. Hotel is fine, many local dining options around the neighborhood. Not a touristy neighborhood though.

Good location, nice view, great welcoming staff.
The only thing can complain is their elevator, very user unfriendly, there’s no indicator light showing which elevator arrived, inside the elevator the buttons are only on one side, and the doors have no light sensors, still mechanical sensors stopping the door closing after it hit something, quite unacceptable in this day and age for a hotel.

Central location was very convenient .
& a special thank you & expression of appreciation to Martin at Concierge desk .He was very friendly & helpful in dining recommendations, & transportation items , so we could get to where we needed to go . I think our first stay in Hong Kong was enhanced & improved with his invaluable assistance!!

I thought the cleaning staff was great. The place is always spotless. I love how all the staff is fluent in multiple languages. My only complaint is that the design of the tub. It's really hard to pull the knob to switch the water from the faucet to the hand held spray. Also the tub drains very slowly.

We enjoyed our stay here, it was very close to public transit and had a lot of food options within walking distance and in the hotel. The staff were very friendly and was always willing to assist. At night the harbor was beautiful and great for an evening walk. I felt very safe in this location and all locations of Hong Kong. I highly recommend this hotel.
