Always loved staying here! It's like reliving our childhood dreams. One important and useful perk that I got was the park special entry lane - no need to wait since early in the morning to queue! Overall very pleasant stay! Wish I could have stayed longer!

Should be a very good place, except the place was really cold in April and I can't increase the temperature of my room.

The hotel is in a very strategic location, making it easy to access various attractions. The receptionist during check-in was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I checked in during the afternoon, and the service was outstanding. Truly an excellent first impression! The hospitality and professionalism of the staff made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff's friendly. Shuttle from and to the airport is free and frequent, on time. Shower flows well. The room's small, but clean.

Staff very helpful, location best for transit and they have free transport to the airport and near the MTR.

Having a great time to stay here. We booked 7 rooms for 2 days. Very nice to have a shuttle bus, clean room, cozy environment, few steps to groceries and shops. Definitely will come back again.

We booked the hotel very suddenly because me missed our flight back to home due to my grandma illness. We checked in one hour after we booked them. They couldn't find our booking but they help us the best they can and finally we were able to check in with an upgrade room which is really nice of them. Room was really good, clean and roomy. Nice views of the bay and mountain. Staff is really helpful and friendly.
