I got a room upgraded to the harbor view by Steven, the check-in counter officer. It made our family vacation so memorable. Breakfast was great!

Stayed here multiple times and it only seems to get better and better. While the exterior and interior of the hotel seem like they are getting old fashioned, it's perfect for my taste, and being right down near the gateway to the main Hennessy Road, major shopping areas, foods, and closeness to the tram, MTR, and Victoria Park, the location is unbeatable. While the standard rooms are still fairly spacious, try to get the larger rooms with amazing views of the harbor and city. Service was impeccable and hope they keep up the standard for many more years to come!

It is a great hotel and the staff is friendly. I recommend this hotel. The MTR is really near from the hotel.

It's very worth it and has spacious room and bathroom compared to other hotels with same budget. Very close to MTR Fortress Hill. Modern minimalist and clean room. Complete bathroom amenities. And have free simple breakfast (coffee, tea, bread, fruits).

Stayed 2 times in this hotel already. Everything you need is here in this hotel. Right beside Times Square mall and the MTR station. So many places to go to beside it, like the Lee Gardens. There is also a small street at the back which has places that close like 3 AM, so if you arrive really late you can grab some food and drinks there at the back.

Good. Will use this hotel again.
