Very good and nice property
Felt very safe, and it was very ideal. Really enjoyed our stay here. The only problem was that the staff members were quite rude and instead of trying to help with the breakfast situation that we had there, they told us just to leave and didn’t give us a chance to buy breakfast

My flight was delayed leaving me basically stranded in the middle of the night. I booked this hotel in need of a place to stay for the night before I can catch a train in the morning. It was easy to book, easy to find and they have a 24hrs reception desk which was good, with me checking in at 12am. It's within walking distance of one the major train station. Busstops, shops and food places right at your doorstep.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and spacious, had my own en suite bathroom, which was also clean and fully stocked.

Location is good, reception. William is very nice guy but the other two ladies when I arrived told them about the room situation and they don’t care and ignored me.

Very good and nice property

Just spend the extra and book a proper hotel. There were hairs in every bit of bedding, towels and sink. The toilet had a leak and caused a sewage smell. Hotel has refused to refund after I check out early. It’s cheap for a reason but basic cleanliness shouldn’t be negotiable.

The room was comfortable and spacious with an excellent view of the square outside but the breakfast was horrible. There was no coffee or tea available or even hot water so I couldn’t even make my own. All the hot food was cold and there were used and dirty plates, cups and cutlery everywhere. Big let down! Plus, I almost got locked out of the hotel on my last night. Kept ringing the buzzer and no one in reception would let me in for ages. Got very scared that I’d be out on the street all night. Was not happy.

I don't usually write bad reviews. The poperty pictures are very misleading. Rooms smell bad and not kept in good conidtion. Missing shower door, breakfast terrible. Overall had an uncomfortable stay.
Front desk staff is good and the location is convenient.
