One star is to say much, they had me and my partner waiting over 20 minutes for someone to come and do the check in, when advised that we would come late due to delayed flight they never answered the phone (tried multiple times), when the man gave us the key to the room and we finally went we saw one of the dirtiest places in a while, it was full of hairs everywhere and the duvets had massive yellow stains and red stains, the worst part? Is that when I went back to reception the man ignore me the first time by pretending to be asleep (bear in mind the reception was full of people) and on the second time I went he threw me the spares duvets that he had which were dirty and didnt want to change us the room, so yes a one star is to say a lot of this experience

1. Personal war sehr unfreundlich 2. Zimmer war kalt wegen die undichte Tür vom Eingang ( es gibt ein Gang vor die Zimmer ) Es war sehr kalt in der Nacht !! Musste mit dennen diskutieren um einen anderen warmen Zimmer zu bekommen. Keine Entschuldigung oder Entschädigung für die 1. kalte Nacht !! 3 . Kissen war nicht gut befühlt also war es ein abgenutztes Kissen an dem man nicht mehr gut schlafen konnte. 4. Im Dusch/Wc Raum habe ich jeden Tag einige Ameisen am Boden gesehen. 5. Wenn du das heiße Wasser am Waschbecken gedreht hast kam ein schlechtes Geruch sofort vom Hahn . Es war ein sehr enttäuschendes Aufenthalt für meine 5 Tage ...... so schade .

値段に対して凄く良いホテルでした。チェックイン前に荷物を預けて観光をすることができました。近くに有名なnew york cafeなどあります。

Could be a gorgeous hotel with a refurb. Breakfast was ok, but the beds were painful and no light bulbs in the lamps!

Quarto ótimo, café da manhã muito bom, e localização perfeita

Posizione ottima, metro a un passo, colazione completa. Peccato per la pulizia e la mancanza dei teli per la doccia, che non erano presenti quando siamo arrivati e che con molti solleciti ci sono stati dati alla fine ma mai cambiati. Con un po’ di adattabilità è una struttura strategica. Consiglio di portarsi delle lenzuola e una federa per il cuscino.

Troppo rumoroso, non si riesce a dormire tranquillamente

Stanza sporca, bagno con water che si muoveva e lavandino che si otturava.

Camera trascurata, lenzuola sporchissime, riscaldamenti spenti e non sempre c’era l’acqua calda per lavarsi

Not enough signage for the property, walked past it 4 times as it only has a small A4 sized paper sign on a random glass door. When we got to reception at 12:30 pm, the receptionist was on the phone. She covered the phone to say check in was at 2pm. I asked if we could leave the bags and she gestured to the corner. I asked if there was a toilet and she rolled her eyes, passed me a key and said it was on the first floor and continued on the phone. I spent the next 10 minutes walking around trying to find it as there were no signs. We left to get food and returned at 1:55 where the receptionist told us to sit down as check in was not until 2pm. We were not called across at 2pm therefore we had to go to the desk. Just unbelievably rude, unprofessional and unnecessary. certainly not welcoming in any way and made a very disappointing start to our first stay in Budapest.

Breakfast is good location is accessible to all transportation

Personale cortese, colazione dolce non abbondante, ma buona. Posizione strategica, proprio all'ingresso della metro. Unica "pecca" la stanza non insonorizzata, la mattina presto sentivamo il rimore di chiavi e porte.

It was okay for how cheap it was, they was plug socket missing leaving wires exposed and the curtains didn’t cover the window leaving the room exposed, the windows didn’t shut well either. But like I said it’s cheap and in a great location, with clean beds

O quarto era muito pequeno e não estava muito limpo. Além disso, a recepção podia ter permitido entrar um pouquinho antes, já que estava chovendo.

Aamiaisella olisi voinut olla muitakin vihanneksia kurkun lisäksi👍 Huoneen saanti kesti kauan koska avain oli hukassa. Huone siisti ja sopivan kokoinen, Erittäin hyvällä paikalla... Pääsee suoraan metroon kastumatta jos sataa vettä.

Leider war es nicht das, was wir erwartet hatten, das Zimmer ist sehr hässlich und alt, mein Sohn wollte in der Koje schlafen und um Mitternacht brach der Tisch und gab mir fast einen Herzinfarkt, es war sehr heiß, weil die Heizungsrohre anderer Zimmer für unser Zimmer passierten und sie freigelegt waren, das Badezimmer war schmutzig, es war nur eine schnelle Reinigung, die Laken waren schmutzig, als hätte jemand schon geschlafen, das Öffnen der Fenster schläft nicht, weil jede Sekunde eine Patrouille passiert, das Reinigungspersonal am Sonntag machte ich ab 7 Uhr einen Skandal, sie sollten wirklich in Betracht ziehen, die Gäste ausruhen zu lassen, das Rezeptionspersonal war sehr freundlich, wir Ich sprach nicht einmal Englisch und die Dame kannte ein wenig Deutsch und mit viel Liebe konnten wir kommunizieren!
