This hotel was very conveniently located, with just a two minute walk to the bus stop, and many restaurants all around the area. The hotel itself was very clean, quiet, and the staff was so very helpful and accommodating. The staff helped answer some questions before my arrival which helped with my planning of the trip. The hotel room was big, clean, and comfortable...all you want in a hotel for vacation.

We love this Hotel. We stayed in this Hotel in 2019 and wanted to come back, when we came back through. The people are wonderful and the rooms are big and comfortable.

It was in a fantastic location, plenty that was walkable distance (note, if driving, there is no dedicated parking, you need to find city parking). The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Concierge could not have been more helpful. Our flight was delayed so we were unable to do what we had planned. She did a little research and helped us to plan our brief stay so we were still able to do all we wanted - especially visit one of the spas. It’s a small hotel but feels spacious and upscale.

Second time staying here and would love to come back. You can’t beat the location! You can basically walk to all the interest spots in Reykjavik from here.

Hotel was picturesque, clean, located nearer the harbour part of town which meant it was quiet, but near enough to use the bus or walk into town. Small grocery shop next door.
Property also had a cafebar within.
Reception staff were helpful. More of a place for adults, but you could say that about the whole city.
