The rooms were clean but the bathroom was small. We didn't add breakfast as the price was too high. Small bar, but no one usually there. They don't clean the room unless you ask. Rooms were sometimes warm so we opened the window. Good location... easy to get everywhere in the center.

Hotel was nice and we were upgraded which we appreciated. But there is no parking. We had to find parking on the street several blocks away and go back and forth with suitcases which was very difficult.

The front desk staff were amazingly helpful in confirming all my details re departure and how to find buses etc. they printed out passes for me and re assured me a lot! It is a sweet location downtown, i had more of a budget room but i would suggest paying for a middle priced room to be more comfortable. Iceland is wonderful!

The staff were very friendly, the airport shuttle is not included as I thought you still have to pay. They help arrange it and show you were the bus stop is and its just a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Wifi is great. Very nice hotel. I would happily stay again.

This is a well kept and convenient hotel if you want to see downtown and old town Reykjavík. It is about a block from bus stop1, where are several excursions leave from. Breakfast is good. Americans, beware, the pancakes and waffles are not hot, like in America. The receptionists are wonderful and extremely helpful, even in a pinch. The bar area is beautiful, comfortable, with a fire and the bartender is very nice. I will stay here again, because I’m coming back in a year or two to do things I didn’t have time to do I love Iceland.
