Coming from Oberoi and Trident the hospitality was subpar. Rooms were fine but not great, stink in the lobby of 3rd floor. Food was mid but the service at Jamavar restaurant was great. Club lounge access was okay but service there was really bad.

This place was magical! After an 18-hour flight from Canada with our 4-year-old, it was exactly what we needed to rest up for the rest of our journey. The food at the restaurants was amazing and of great quality, and the customer service was absolutely wonderful. Our room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the entire hotel had a relaxing atmosphere, especially the garden. The only downside was the construction noise from the renovations, but the overall experience more than made up for it.

It was everything I expected and then some. Top class service. Fabulous staff. Beautiful settings and lots of lovely stuff to do while at the hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. Dining was a tad expensive but food was good. The ambience is delightful. Will definitely stay again.

The leela palace stay was amazing experience. Very friendly and approachable and attentive staff.
Hotel got impressive lobby, very clean all around and amazing Garden and pool area.
Breakfast and dinner at citrus restaurant was very good,lot of varieties , great taste and all the staff at citrus was helpful and attentive special thanks to suraj and rest of the staff as they were always welcoming.
Housekeeping staff was also always asking if we were comfortable. Specialy Samarul and santu . I will definitely recommend this hotel

It was not pleasure for me to stay and will think twice before coming and recommending
1. Check in ( 1st August) , by interns you are not trained ( gives me a room which is non-smoking without even asking my choice and then after my request the change was done)
2. We move to Zen, someone comes in between and asks us to vacate our seats as fumigation will take place ( in between the meeting, again unprofessional behaviour, they could have told when we sat there ), absolutely unprofessional behaviour, casual mannerisms
3. Today morning at breakfast, time 6.48 AM, breakfast area not crowded , sat at table number 7, I go and ask for Suji Puri and Aloo Sabji after almost 15 minutes and with one reminder I didn’t got it ( have to leave the breakfast table) , utter confused female intern, goes and blast the chef’s, a tall guy then reluctantly, grumpy tried to fry and even telling I am in hurry I have to leave without food
Most unprofessional bunch of untrained people, too many, absolutely ill-managed!
This is my feedback and would never like to come back or recommend this property
