We had an okay experience in this hotel, not what we expected. The bathroom of executive suite was dated and small as compared to Leela Delhi. The buffet food options were less and sub standard with same items repeated daily, felt like eating in a canteen, so much so that I didn’t feel like eating there. The staff was good as always, however due to the heavy traffic, they did some incorrect billing which they later corrected. Overall, my stay was good but i didn’t got a good feeling about the hotel and may not be choosing Leela Bangalore again.
