This is my second stay, the difference is that the TV in this room doesn't have a signal (please fix this), but luckily there's Netflix, which is quite good for entertainment during your stay. @Manda

This was my first unplanned, emergency trip, and with uncertain dates, location, and duration of stay, I couldn’t book any of my usual preferred hotels across the major international chains where I’ve long been a Platinum or Gold member. I simply needed a safe, comfortable place during a very difficult time. All Nite & Day Hotel – Alam Sutera became exactly that—quiet, clean, warm, and unexpectedly reassuring. While the entire team was kind, the person who truly made a difference was Danny from Housekeeping. In all my years of staying at hotels—ranging from Four Seasons, Hilton, IHG, Hyatt, Marriott, Radisson, Wyndham, Oberoi, Mandarin Oriental, and many more—rarely have I met someone as sincere, hardworking, and genuinely thoughtful as Danny. He ensured my room was always spotless, fresh, and comfortable, often anticipating needs before I even asked. No matter the time of day, he greeted me with humility and a warm smile. In a moment of personal uncertainty, his simple acts of care—tidying the room, checking if I needed anything, maintaining cleanliness with pride—brought a sense of stability and comfort that I truly needed. Sometimes, real hospitality is not about luxury—it’s about people like Danny, who take their work to heart and treat guests with genuine respect. I am sincerely grateful for his outstanding service. Among the wonderful team, Ms. Ratu Ayu Anggita Kiranie—or simply Kiranie, as she warmly introduced herself—was truly exceptional. Always helpful, endlessly patient, and unfailingly cheerful, she had an everlasting smile no matter the time of day or the nature of my concern. Whether it was a question, a problem, or just reassurance I needed, Kiranie always had a solution. Her calm presence and sincere willingness to help made an immeasurable difference. People like her turn a hotel into a home away from home. The room was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully maintained—simple, comfortable, and exactly what a weary traveler needs. The overall sense of safety, warmth, and calm helped me settle down emotionally and mentally. My stay here reminded me that true hospitality is not defined by grand architecture or expensive décor—it is defined by heart, sincerity, and human connection. And the team at All Nite & Day Hotel – Alam Sutera—especially Kiranie—embodies all of that effortlessly. I am deeply grateful for the comfort and kindness I received at a time when everything else in life felt uncertain. Very comfortable and classy... assisted by front office - Manda

I am happy with the service at this hotel. What's more with Ms. Manda, the receptionist. Ms. Manda is friendly and very kind. The only drawback is that it's quite sad because there are no smoking rooms. What's more, I always stay in the pool area. Poor my husband has to go up and down if he wants to smoke. If possible, the pool area is smoke-free, that should be a problem. Thank you

This is the hotel I'd book if I were in Alam Sutra. It's clean and comfortable, and close to Pasar 8 for breakfast and Flavor Bliss for meeting people.

Strategic location and now the lobby is even more beautiful

I had to move rooms because the first room smelled so bad of cigarettes, even though I had booked a non-smoking room. The second room didn't smell of cigarettes, but there was a lot of hair and dust under the bed. The bathroom drain wasn't working properly and the corners were old.

I sincerely appreciate the service provided by Kak Manda and her team. The room service demonstrates commendable attentiveness, and the front office staff are notably friendly. However, the air conditioning within the room is not sufficiently cold, and there is a smell emanating from the toilet pipes. Nevertheless, considering the exceptional service of the staff, the stay remains worthwhile 🙏🏼
