Do not book this apartment! Tidak bisa di hubungi sampai hari H, sampai harus pesan hotel lagi, sudah lapor ke pihak traveloka tetapi jawaban pihak apartment malah “kamar dalam kondisi berantakan pagi harinya” nggak make sense! Gimana mau berantakin kamar kalo dihubungi saja tidak bisa, apalagi masuk! Dan tentu uang tidak bisa kembali 🙃👎.

Penilaian secara obyektif: plusnya:- View ke arah merapi. -Ruangan luas. -Peralatan makan dan minum lengkap. Minusnya:-Kamar mandi super jorok, berkerak kuning dan banyak rambut di laci kamar mandi. -Di kulkas ada bekas makanan yang tidak dibuang. -Bidet rusak, sudah menghubungi cs tidak ada lanjutan.-Minuman air mineral tidak tersedia.-Sofa agak berdebu. Saya nilai bintang 1 karena di tempat penginapan seharusnya kebersihan dan pelayanan yang baik harusnya diutamakan. Kalo mau balik kesini, pikir 100x deh.

Overall it is quite satisfactory, only a few things need to be improved, for example cleanliness, the bed sheets need to be replaced, not just turned inside out. Then in the corner of the room there was still a lot of loose hair from previous guests.

The check in process is very, very slow! Because the staff from Indoroom could not be contacted. No reply in chat, no answer on phone. The office also threw things at each other. There was only an answer after I submitted a cancellation request from the online agent. Thank you online agent for your response.

It's not clean enough, why do I say it's not clean enough because the living room is just ordinary. That means it's not dirty. But the room is great. The sheets weren't changed until they smelled, the blankets were dirty. The bathroom was clogged with lots of hair. When you first entered it smelled of cigarettes too. It would be a shame if it wasn't looked after, it's a nice place.

Not worth what you pay for what you get. All of them are in serious condition. My advice, please try it yourself. Regarding the photos, I only uploaded a few. Hopefully management can improve the facilities. Sorry for the other guests staying.

Actually this room is so good. It's located on a hook so there are lots of windows and the view is good. The unfortunate thing here is that the apartment is not very clean. The bathroom is crusty and yellow-smooth and the unit is dusty. The sheets, pillows, bolsters were also dirty. In the refrigerator there was an Aqua bottle that had been opened but not thrown away. There is a dispenser but the gallon is empty. And the tissues are also out. It's a shame even though the apartment rooms are very nice. The most pleasant thing here is the balcony in front of the room. Very comfortable for chatting and staring at the moon. If I go to Jogja again, I will stay here again. But I hope the Management from Indoroom please pay more attention to cleanliness and facilities. I hope so. Thank you so much.

The room was very dirty, full of cobwebs, the furniture was very dusty, the refrigerator was dirty and smelly, the water dispenser had turned green because it hadn't been replaced, the sheets and bed covers were yellow. The toilet is dirty. There is a lot of hair blocking the drainage. I swear it's not worth renting out the room.

1. I got a room with problem on the door's lock. Always failed to open, I have to wait 15 minutes before security came, and he was lucky, able to open the lock after 2-3 attempts. After enter the room, the door's won't closed/locked. Turn out, the door need to be fixed with major repair. 2. The room have lots of spider web. Then, I got other room, since they still work on the door repair. 3. The new room, have a strong smell in the bathroom, really discusting. Like a mold or something else. I have to put some toilet ball and bathroom fragrance. The towel were very old, already got really thin, almost torn. 4. Some of the light not working or broken, the exhaust fan in bathroom really dirty, so not functioned well. Better to stay at Pulang ke Uttara rather than this apartment manage by this provider - the units were not maintained properly

Akomodasi cocok banget buat yang mau staycation liburan bareng keluarga atau teman teman di Jogja, tempatnya luas bersih dan nyaman, apalagi pemandangannya di pagi hari disambut dengan view full gunung merapi dari lantai 12 kamar ini, kolam renangnya juga di rooftop sangat indah viewnya dan bersih, semua petugasnya di sini juga ramah, next mau nginap di sini kalau liburan ke Jogja, recommended dah pokoknya buat para traveler.

The admin service is very fast response, the rooms are comfortable, clean in all corners, even the facilities in it are very very complete beyond hotel facilities, and the view from the room in the morning is very clear, Mount Merapi welcomes beautifully, at night you can see house lights and twinkling lights roads and cars that are active, this is really cool, the place is also very spacious, perfect for a staycation and a stopover for a vacation in Jogja with friends, girlfriends and even family, really recommend it. The response from indoroom is very fast, we can request an early check-in on the same day for an additional 100K fee. Whether it's because of early check-in or it's usually the case, the unit ordered is very dirty and not well-maintained: the smell of dust, the outside bathroom lights turn off the disco, there are spots on the blankets, smelly pillows and blankets, a dirty refrigerator that was used by the previous user for who knows how much old, the bathroom inside is really dirty: toilet bowl items, there are piles of hair in the bath, the shower glass area is moldy :(.
