The room (Deluxe) is big enough, worth the money. Clean and tidy. Air conditioner is working as it should. Pak Andi Pratama (Supervisor) and his team is beyond excellent, welcoming, and friendly. 5 min walking to Gajah Mada Plaza Mall, near to Halte Harmony (bus) that you can go Monas and Jakarta Kota (Train Station) and the fare is super cheap. Local food nearby 24 hours, near to Indomaret and Alfamart. My 3rd time staying here when in Jakarta. Will stay again and again.

The accommodation was nice. The room interior was minimalist and functional. Additionally, it was spacious & thoughtfully designed. The bathroom, toilet, and washtafel are separated, which is nice. The towels for face and body were available and it was nice. I also loved the scent of soap. Moreover, the bed and pillow were soft.

Perfectly situated just a 5-minute walk from the main shopping street and 10 minutes to the beach. There were plenty of cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, yet the hotel still felt tucked away enough to be peaceful at night.

Price is very affordable as a Hotel in Central Jakarta. Sarinah, Halte Transjakarta, MRT station, etc., are walkable from here. The staffs are very kind and helpful. Facilities are very OK, especially the prayer set that they provided. Breakfast is amazing. Absolutely would be my first choice if I want to stay in Jakarta again.

I spent almost 2 weeks at Daun Residence and absolutely loved it. The room was perfect—comfy, cozy, and just what I needed. The big TV with Netflix was a great bonus for relaxing after a long day. the main feature is the spacious room. beds are comfy not to mention the complete in room facilities you get at a very affordable price! there are some fast food restaurants nearby. 15 minutes to gambir station. 24 hours reception and there is a coffee shop which is literally 5 steps away from the front desk. staffs are helpful and friendly.
