Everything is awesome. The check-in process was quick (by the way you would be asked 100k for deposit but it's fine). The room was clean, breakfast is delicious and their service and hospitality is very great

1. There was only 1 receptionist at the front, so I waited a long time to check out.
2. This hotel is in the same building as Hermina Hospital, so there are some issues with the elevator. There are only 2 active elevators for the hotel, only 1 elevator to the basement is open and it is combined with the hospital employee elevator, so every time I want to leave the hotel or check out I have to queue for a long time..
So, for me this is annoying.
3. When checking out, there was something left in the room. The FO told me to take it and check it myself, shouldn't her attitude be like that? Please train her again
4. At night, my husband and I were hanging out at the cafe at the top, we left a charger behind, then before checking out we tried to go up to get it, but it wasn't there.. Finally we informed the FO about it, but it turned out that it had been stored by the staff on duty.
Ok, let's wait in the lobby before checking out, it took an incredible amount of time, sometimes 30 minutes waiting. Surprising me, the officer came with my charger while busy playing with his cellphone and walking very slowly like a palace princess.
5. The condition of the room, width, and facilities inside are still OK because it is a new building. You can see the city, tall buildings which are nice at night and in the morning.
Breakfast doesn't have many variations for a hotel like Aston.
