I had a very pleasant stay here. The hotel was easy to find it as it is on the side of the main road. Only 10 minutes to puncak pass, masjid atta'awun, gunung mas, and taman safari. Only 3km to well-known restaurant like pizza hut and richeese factory. The facility is complete: mountain view cafe, restaurant, waterpark, swimming pool. The only minus were that the water is not so sprouting and the towel was rugged

The hotel is nice, the room is also very clean and comfortable, I really want to come back again.... the service is also good, friendly, the food is also delicious wow, I can't wait to come here again...

Experience staying in the Standard type, the room size is ok, fast wifi, tv broadcast is ok. The bathroom is the least favorite. There is hot water, but the flow is very small so I'm not satisfied with the shower, the toilet hose is leaking and the flow is also small, there is no shelf for towels so I'm confused about where to put the towels, for a room priced at almost 600 thousand the bathroom is not that big and the bathroom is very small, under the sink there is a wooden box but to put towels/change of clothes it will get splashed with water plus there are lots of ants on the walls. Breakfast is divided into 2 sessions, I took the 2nd session at 08.30-10.00 but when I got there a lot of food was finished so I had to wait for it to be ready again. When I arrived there was only chicken porridge, spaghetti, white rice, chicken, and drinks. The breads were finished, the green bean porridge was finished, the fried rice was left, the gado-gado was left. The swimming pool was small, not as expected. For View ok.

In my opinion, the cleanliness is okay, but are the bed sheets really dirty or haven't they been changed? Because the bed sheets are dirty and don't smell good, like they've just been changed. The food tastes mediocre, during breakfast there are more guests than food, so a lot of it is empty and the refills take a long time. The restaurant is also small, so some guests couldn't enter because it was full. The staff are friendly."

This hotel has a good location near Taman Safari and on the side of the road. It is also close to the laundry, you can get Taman Safari discount vouchers. The atmosphere in this hotel is cool. What needs to be improved is the small water flow in the shower and the sink is a bit clogged (deluxe room).

This hotel is top-notch in terms of service, with all the staff friendly, from the receptionist to the restaurant staff, to the cleaning staff.
The hotel is comfortable, and while it may not be a brand-new building, it's clean and tidy. The backyard views are stunning, the playground is clean, and the children's pool is clean.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the room, which was so itchy that ants crawled onto the bed. There was no soap or shampoo provided at all. Breakfast lacked variety, and the place was very small, making it a bit cluttered and crowded, making breakfast uncomfortable. Otherwise, it was fine.

The hotel's location is very strategic, close to mini markets, gas stations, and tourist attractions. All hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel environment is clean and child-friendly. The air in the hotel is also cool, even though the weather is hot, the cold wind can still be felt. The rooms are spacious, neat, clean, hot water is always available, the AC is cold, there is also a balcony to sit and relax. The food in the restaurant is delicious, only the breakfast menu is not very varied. A very pleasant experience at this hotel

Sorry, but the room quality is very poor. Some parts are still dirty, maybe from old or something. The blanket and pillowcase are dirty too. The bathroom faucet is broken. There's no doormat. The price of 400 rupiah is not worth it, in my opinion.
