Been here a few times, the views and pool are great.

The hotel was nice, with a great view, a nice atmosphere, and a reasonable price, but the room's AC leaked and wasn't cooling. The staff was quick to fix it, though. The AC still wasn't cooling. It would be a shame to complain again, but it was only a one-night stay, so... well, let's just enjoy it.

The room was okay, but the balcony area was dirty as if it had never been cleaned and the room telephone didn't work.

From security to the hotel staff, everyone was friendly. The cleanliness was pretty good. The only downsides were that the bathroom drain was a bit clogged, and the door to room 334 was jammed, requiring staff to fix it twice. Otherwise, the view and location were great.

The location is strategic, right off the main road, so it's easy to find. The room is spacious enough for a family. The friendly staff explained the room details in detail. It's clean, comfortable, and offers mountain views. I'll try another room next time 😉
