Aston Anyer Beach Hotel

A comfortable hotel, with many plus points, perhaps the only thing lacking for me is the children's pool, which is just a pool, no slide, but it's still comfortable, especially the helpful staff, and the food is very comfortable for those bringing elderly people.

All the facilities are fine except for the in-room communication. Standard hotels usually use telephones, but Aston has upgraded to digital. However, in the two rooms we booked, both had problems connecting the devices. In terms of facilities, everything is top-notch. Recommended for those planning a family vacation.

everything is okay, for breakfast maybe in the future it can be made even more delicious (the black sticky rice porridge is already delicious)

A comfortable place for a vacation with family

The views are beautiful and the facilities are good. However, for those looking for a beach with high waves, this isn't the ideal option. There are rock barriers in the sea, making the waves relatively calm. It's perfect for bringing children. However, adults should find a beach outside the hotel.

Good service, good place, good view

Overall the hospitality was good but the room space maybe should be upgrade.

The safest beach for families. With a breakwater, you don't have to worry about taking the kids to the beach. Book a room with a balcony with an ocean view. The room is clean and has a smart TV. However, it's not very spacious.

Some rooms are being renovated. The smell of paint and thinner in the corridor. Why is the room next to it still for sale?

The staff is very friendly, the service is really good, got a free room upgrade. Will definitely come back here if I go to Anyer 🫶🏼🙏🏽

I ordered food at their Resto and it took very long time to complete all the dishes also the taste was not worth the price :( It is very dissatisfied.

the room 521 smell smoke from cigarette 2 times when entering, i think its from the outside the construction worker on site. Overall is good, just to mention their one of drink cup is little dirty

Always love the cool service

Overall, it's good. Check-in can be slow during peak hours because there's only one person handling it, and breakfast isn't provided. Weekends are very busy and lively, and the Aston breakfast is always excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. If you want a pool/beach view, choose the deluxe balcony.

Aston Hotel was very pleasant, as we were able to get to our room earlier than check-in time. The hotel staff was friendly. The pool and hotel area were clean. The breakfast food, although not very varied, was delicious, and the chef was very friendly. We were given a lot of help. Even on Mondays, there was still a foam party. The beach was clean. There was a playground for children. If I may make a suggestion, a sign should be placed in the children's pool area stating that smoking is prohibited. Yesterday, there were fathers accompanying their children who were smoking, which was very disturbing and uncomfortable.

A place to rest and vacation that is really worth it.

The location is quite close to seafood culinary spots, close to the beach without any coral around it, at most 8-10 minutes away because the private beach is coral, you can't play in the waves, surfing with a board. Alhamdulillah, thank God everyone enjoyed our 2N3D stay, although from Sunday to Monday there was a foam party on the beach because there were lots of other kids. It was fun!! The breakfast menu has quite a lot of choices, the croissants and donuts are delicious, and my kids also like the pearl porridge. The only downside is that there are no cocktail sausages for breakfast, which kids usually like. The service at Bag Resto is better, especially from Kak Reza. 2 thumbs up. Our family room is not soundproof, so the music next door was playing very loud, even though it was Maghrib time. Anyway, it was still memorable for us, we could enjoy a beach holiday (playing on the beach), the swimming pool is nice, the surrounding gardens are also nice, there is a playground, Praise be to God, Thanks to Allah, My husband, and Aston Anyer

The cleanliness of the room and the hotel environment are super good. But unfortunately the room feels too cramped. Then ask for a compliment cake but have to pay. Friendly service during check-in and the process is fast. The only downside is that the bf is less varied and the taste is really sad that many of the dishes are bland. I don't know if it's because I stayed on a weekday or not, but in terms of taste and variety, there needs to be a lot of improvement. The facilities are very kid-friendly, there is a playground, foam party and kids pool. The kids are happy. Thank you Aston Anyer
