Very friendly hotel staff, easy check in and check out. We got room no. 720, 723, 725. Very close to the city center and the beach. The food is also delicious and there are many choices, in short, it is highly recommended for a vacation. God willing, it will be a favorite place if you go to Cilacap again. Advice: if you go to Cilacap, don't just stay for 1 night because you will really enjoy the hotel atmosphere.

The location is close to Cilacap Square and Teluk Penyu Beach, the superior room is comfortable and has a connecting room, a glass jug is provided to take mineral water from the gallon in the hallway, there is a Google Nest in the room. The swimming pool on the rooftop has a roof so you don't need to worry about rain/heat, you can see the sea while swimming.

This hotel is good for what it has in this city. It probably has the best breakfast available in cilacap from any hotel. Me and my wife enjoyed my stay and this is a good hotel for shoet term visits.

Everyone has been very accommodating. The buffet food nights have been great and the steak house is decent. Room is nice and pleasant. Only glitch is being near lift service and near meeting room which has made it noisy at times. Overall has been good. Recommend 😊

I booked an executive balcony room. When I first entered the room, it smelled like a damp room. The bathroom shower was an old model, with an overhead shower head, and a lot of water leaked out from between the handles. There were no face towels. The toilet seat was loose. Several times the water in the sink and toilet was cloudy. The hotel should monitor and check the condition of the rooms more frequently, as the price we paid is not the average. Hopefully, they can improve. Every time I go out of town, the first hotel I look for is the Grand Aston/Aston Inn. So, if the service and facilities aren't improved, it would be a shame. Thank you.

The hotel staff is friendly, but many facilities need improvement. We got a room on the second floor, which after exiting the elevator requires climbing stairs or climbing a steep incline, which I feel is unsafe for children or the elderly.
