Thank you, Hotel Aston Tropicana. The staff was friendly, and we got a room upgrade from Superior to Deluxe. Our wedding anniversary was fun and memorable. We got a room with a bathtub. The kids loved soaking in the water and were thrilled to have a staycation here.

Clean and comfortable .... The room area is quite spacious, for the hotel facilities and comfort are very good, the response of all hotel staff is responsive. Next holiday, will be my choice again if it is near the city center ... Very comfortable when tired, at night you can soak in warm water in a bathtub with salt that I have prepared. Sleep is very comfortable and relaxing, perfect for a relaxing vacation with family. The food is very varied and unique .... I like the hot cake because it is not too sweet which is combined with coffee latte is very suitable, hot milk, pearl porridge and delicious black sticky rice porridge. Next will be our choice if on vacation in the center of Bandung City, strategic location ... 15 minutes walk to Citywalk Mall. Thank you. Healthy and happy greetings always for all of us. 🙏❤️

The hotel staff is very friendly, the breakfast menu: various food choices are available, Indonesian food, western food, various porridges, etc. The room service is very good, one of which is when we had to have breakfast at 4 am on the first day. One drawback is that the bathtub water leaks so every time we ask for an additional mat. Overall, our 3-night stay at Aston Tropicana Bandung was pleasant and memorable 🙏👍

The bed is short, probably only 1.85 m, even though I'm 1.84 m tall.
The room is on the roadside and isn't soundproof, so the sound of vehicles and other things disturbs my sleep.

All the hotel staff are very friendly, the rooms are very comfortable & clean, complete facilities, strategic location, free birthday treats, quite varied food, there are welcome drinks & snacks.. Children aged 8 years are charged 75k for breakfast.. The wifi speed needs to be improved again..

As soon as I got out of the car, my bags and suitcases were welcomed and all brought. All the staff were friendly. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious and smelled good. All the room facilities were functioning well. My son also enjoyed swimming in the pool. I could also go to the gym. Maybe the breakfast could have had more variety. There were some things that I didn't like. But everything else was ok. Thank you Aston Hotel.

Very good experience but still haven't got the room we wanted from what we ordered to what was given by the hotel service. Regarding the bed, we ordered a large single bed on Traveloka but what was given was a twin bed. The reason is that the existing twin bed is really not good.
