The bungalow room is very Bali-esque, I really like small details like the door using a wood lock and all the wooden interior details. The private beach was also clean and beautiful.

Stay here is very convenient, many games such as billiard, ping pong, volley, chess, close to the beach like private beach, very friendly service, every meal must always be welcome to be invited to chat, so comfort, for the room is also very comfortable i message yg bungallow suite, cold AC, all arranged neatly, trs can ask for set up honeymoon free and surprise again plus honeymoon cake ... so excited .. thanks bali tropic for waiter 🙂

What a beautiful property. Nice beach area, with beautiful sand and walking path access. Breakfast buffet has many options for all. The delux room is farther with some rooms not having a view but still a beautiful room, and lots of places on the property to sit and relax!

Poor check in. Taken to a different room than the one booked. Had to wait a long time to check in but were compensated with a buffet dinner & cocktail. Our room was very noisy as it was near the road & we could hear the traffic. Very difficult to get a lazy boy by the pool as other guests were placing towels on them early in the morning.& not returning them when finished.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. Service staff were amazing, food was good (but the breakfast could be more imaginative) and the grounds were well kept. It is located on the beachfront pathway that runs along the Nusa Dua waterfront which extends for some kilometres.
The rear of the property is close to a busy road which can be noisy. I would suggest you stay away from this area. The resort still uses tiny plastic bottles for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They need to replace these with dispensers attached to the shower wall as many hotels/resorts have done to avoid the waste this creates. Finally, the gym equipment is very tired, some of it is rusty and adjustment pins no longer work on much of it. It is beyond repair and needs to be replaced.

We stayed in this property for 31 January 2025 to 9th February. We stayed in deluxe bangolow room. Room was very big very clean. Bed was huge. Rooms cleaned everyday. Staff works really well. Restaurants are very efficient. Breakfast was really good lots of variety. Staff service was excellent. I also used clinic in the facility. Medical staff was very friendly and attentive. Spa across the hotel was good priced and clean. Went 4 times. During our stay. Supermarket also very convenient. Very lovely hotel. Beach was not swimmable. Lots of see weed. Only a short walk to club med beach is so beautiful. Clean amazing to swim and hang around

Loved our stay here, wish Bali itself would deal with their rubbish situation, it is so sad but the property itself took pride in their premisses and it was so beautiful. Loved the swim up bar but wish the pool was open later until 11 or 12pm as it shut too soon.
They have pool tables, kids play room, small playground and a gym along with other activities.
Loved that it was also on the beach front.
Food was great with 3 restaurants options to choose from. I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning.
The only wish from the boy’s was for there to be hash browns on the menu daily.
We stayed in the Royal room which was nice, had aircon and a nice deck view. Was very authentic Bali.
Staff were amazing were delivered a complementary drink on arrival and they delivered us a cake as we were on our honeymoon and decorated our bed with flowers and swans made from towels.
Overall excellent stay and we will be back again.

If you are bringing a group RUN!!! Do NOT stay at this hotel. To be honest - the staff is sweet and wonderful. (except for the spa - they are disorganized). The management is AWFUL. They double billed us several times and would not retract the charges. It is three months later and we are STILL trying to resolve this with the credit card. Without our permission - the charged the group expenses (which were double charges) to our personal card. The management is disorganized and dishonest. On two days we had to stand there to resolved issues that should have taken 5 minutes and each time two hours. This is entirely the management and the sales team. It was an absolute mess with the group. I am a meeting planner and in 30 years have never had a worse experience. If I could give below zero stars I would! Terrible experience!!!

RUN! Do NOT book this hotel if you are bringing a group OR if you care about your money! We brought 14 people to this hotel. They got virtually all of the arrangements wrong, made us spend 4 hours fixing it and offered no compensation for that. When we left we paid the bill in FULL. They charged our card anyway. We disputed it - showed them the receipt and explained everything over 10 emails. Regardless, they charged it AGAIN! We had to cancel our credit card and they are still harassing us for the money. To be fair - the staff is lovely and kind. The management is horrible and dishonest. Do NOT bring a group if you want anything to be correct - and do not stay there if you value your money!

We stayed for 5 nights here, and it was just wonderful.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
I think value for money was very good.
The property grounds are very well kept, peaceful, quiet and beautiful.
The dining options were OK inside the resort. Breakfast seemed to have enough options, and was different every day for our stay. The Ratna restaurant had a pretty good international menu, and the Cempaka restaurant seemed to have a good menu, although we only used this twice.
The rooms were clean and very "quaint" - the traditional decor, fixtures and fittings for the entire resort made us feel like we were on a holiday in Bali - not just standard contemporary rooms. Very comforting.
The only negative that I can think of is that our room was only supplied with 2 bottles of complimentary "mineral" water per day, and after that there was a charge. For Australians, and I guess US and EU, this is a little harsh, as we really need to drink and brush teeth only with bottled water (risk of Bali Belly), as I guess our immune systems are not acclimatised to the local tap water.
Having said that, there is a convenience store directly across the road from the resort, where bottled water can be purchased at very low cost. I was also pleasantly surprised that this store also sold beer! I normally stay in Jakarta when in Indonesia, and it seems that beer sales in convenience stores is not allowed.
Overall, this was a fantastic short holiday for us! Thank you!

RUN! Do NOT book this hotel if you are bringing a group OR if you care about your money! We brought 14 people to this hotel. They got virtually all of the arrangements wrong, made us spend 4 hours fixing it and offered no compensation for that. When we left we paid the bill in FULL. They charged our card anyway. We disputed it - showed them the receipt and explained everything over 10 emails. Regardless, they charged it AGAIN! We had to cancel our credit card and they are still harassing us for the money. To be fair - the staff is lovely and kind. The management is horrible and dishonest. Do NOT bring a group if you want anything to be correct - and do not stay there if you value your money!

We stayed for 5 nights here, and it was just wonderful.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
I think value for money was very good.
The property grounds are very well kept, peaceful, quiet and beautiful.
The dining options were OK inside the resort. Breakfast seemed to have enough options, and was different every day for our stay. The Ratna restaurant had a pretty good international menu, and the Cempaka restaurant seemed to have a good menu, although we only used this twice.
The rooms were clean and very "quaint" - the traditional decor, fixtures and fittings for the entire resort made us feel like we were on a holiday in Bali - not just standard contemporary rooms. Very comforting.
The only negative that I can think of is that our room was only supplied with 2 bottles of complimentary "mineral" water per day, and after that there was a charge. For Australians, and I guess US and EU, this is a little harsh, as we really need to drink and brush teeth only with bottled water (risk of Bali Belly), as I guess our immune systems are not acclimatised to the local tap water.
Having said that, there is a convenience store directly across the road from the resort, where bottled water can be purchased at very low cost. I was also pleasantly surprised that this store also sold beer! I normally stay in Jakarta when in Indonesia, and it seems that beer sales in convenience stores is not allowed.
Overall, this was a fantastic short holiday for us! Thank you!
