Bilik banglo sangat bergaya Bali, saya sangat suka butiran kecil seperti pintu menggunakan kunci kayu dan semua butiran dalaman kayu. Pantai persendirian juga bersih dan cantik.

Menginap di sini sangat mudah, banyak permainan seperti biliard, ping pong, voli, catur, dekat pantai seperti pantai persendirian, perkhidmatan yang sangat mesra, setiap hidangan harus selalu dialu-alukan untuk dijemput untuk bersuara, jadi selesa, untuk bilik juga sangat mudah i message yg bungallow suite, sejuk AC, semuanya diatur dengan kemas, trs boleh meminta membuat bulan madu bebas dan mengejutkan lagi ditambah kekasih bulan madu ... sangat teruja .. terima kasih bali tropic untuk pelayan 🙂

We stayed in a Deluxe room big bathroom with bath & separate shower, toilet separate with a door.The room was clean no mould or scum in bathroom. Had a porch on ground floor upper levels had a balcony.Sheets ,towels nice white & clean.Breakfast was good had everything.
Hotel was on the beach grass to the white sand, hightide was best time to swim.
Recommend staying 3 to 4 nights not a lot around Hotel need to take taxi to restaurants.
The Deluxe rooms are entry level rooms its not worth paying
Extra for a suite in our view the room was plenty big enough for a couple.

What a beautiful property. Nice beach area, with beautiful sand and walking path access. Breakfast buffet has many options for all. The delux room is farther with some rooms not having a view but still a beautiful room, and lots of places on the property to sit and relax!

Poor check in. Taken to a different room than the one booked. Had to wait a long time to check in but were compensated with a buffet dinner & cocktail. Our room was very noisy as it was near the road & we could hear the traffic. Very difficult to get a lazy boy by the pool as other guests were placing towels on them early in the morning.& not returning them when finished.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. Service staff were amazing, food was good (but the breakfast could be more imaginative) and the grounds were well kept. It is located on the beachfront pathway that runs along the Nusa Dua waterfront which extends for some kilometres.
The rear of the property is close to a busy road which can be noisy. I would suggest you stay away from this area. The resort still uses tiny plastic bottles for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They need to replace these with dispensers attached to the shower wall as many hotels/resorts have done to avoid the waste this creates. Finally, the gym equipment is very tired, some of it is rusty and adjustment pins no longer work on much of it. It is beyond repair and needs to be replaced.

Rooms were spacious and clean staff were good the toilet in room didn’t flush very well had to use the lobby toilet the food in the restaurant next to pool was disgusting couldn’t eat it
the breakfast in the main eating area was nice

Really lovely hotel with even lovelier people making us feel very welcome. Great breakfast and lots to do. Perfect spot being right on the beach and also having a pool. The hotel staff were definitely a highlight! The spa was also amazing!

We stayed in this property for 31 January 2025 to 9th February. We stayed in deluxe bangolow room. Room was very big very clean. Bed was huge. Rooms cleaned everyday. Staff works really well. Restaurants are very efficient. Breakfast was really good lots of variety. Staff service was excellent. I also used clinic in the facility. Medical staff was very friendly and attentive. Spa across the hotel was good priced and clean. Went 4 times. During our stay. Supermarket also very convenient. Very lovely hotel. Beach was not swimmable. Lots of see weed. Only a short walk to club med beach is so beautiful. Clean amazing to swim and hang around

We loved the pool and buffet breakfast. Room was beautiful and clean, with very comfortable beds, pillows and great air conditioning. Little supermarket across the road and walkable local restaurants on street and beach front. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would love to return as we loved everything.

Loved our stay here, wish Bali itself would deal with their rubbish situation, it is so sad but the property itself took pride in their premisses and it was so beautiful. Loved the swim up bar but wish the pool was open later until 11 or 12pm as it shut too soon.
They have pool tables, kids play room, small playground and a gym along with other activities.
Loved that it was also on the beach front.
Food was great with 3 restaurants options to choose from. I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning.
The only wish from the boy’s was for there to be hash browns on the menu daily.
We stayed in the Royal room which was nice, had aircon and a nice deck view. Was very authentic Bali.
Staff were amazing were delivered a complementary drink on arrival and they delivered us a cake as we were on our honeymoon and decorated our bed with flowers and swans made from towels.
Overall excellent stay and we will be back again.

If you are bringing a group RUN!!! Do NOT stay at this hotel. To be honest - the staff is sweet and wonderful. (except for the spa - they are disorganized). The management is AWFUL. They double billed us several times and would not retract the charges. It is three months later and we are STILL trying to resolve this with the credit card. Without our permission - the charged the group expenses (which were double charges) to our personal card. The management is disorganized and dishonest. On two days we had to stand there to resolved issues that should have taken 5 minutes and each time two hours. This is entirely the management and the sales team. It was an absolute mess with the group. I am a meeting planner and in 30 years have never had a worse experience. If I could give below zero stars I would! Terrible experience!!!

施設が古いからか、トイレのドアがキチンと閉まらずベッドからいつも便器が見える状態でした。眺望も悪く部屋の前の施設の壁が汚らしかった。
道路に近く、車の騒音も少し聞こえます。
部屋に通ずる階段の段が、一段で二段分の所があり、降りるとき危うく踏み外しのようになり転ぶところでした。
最初に注意して欲しかったです。
満室でもなさそうなのに、このような部屋をなぜあてがわれたかわかりません。
朝食は種類、味ともに満足でした。
スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで良かったです。
プールもまずまずでした。
ビーチは午後の満潮時には快適に泳ぐことが出来ました。
敷地ないの植物も綺麗で散歩にはとても良かったです。

Rooms were spacious and clean staff were good the toilet in room didn’t flush very well had to use the lobby toilet the food in the restaurant next to pool was disgusting couldn’t eat it
the breakfast in the main eating area was nice
Handy spa and pepitos (basic food shopping) across the road all in all was too bad but the outside is very run down

Pro: schöne Anlage, nettes Personal, balkanisches Theater 1-2 Mal pro Woche, Gäste Programm zum Mitmachen: balkanischerTanz und Musik, Fruit Testing, Opfergaben basteln usw.
Contra: das Frühstück: kein typisch asiatisches, sondern eher britisches Frühstück; trotz der Erntezeit für Früchte zu wenig tropische Obst Sorten angeboten, warme Gerichte oft aus tief gefrorenem Gemüse. Schade.

Really lovely hotel with even lovelier people making us feel very welcome. Great breakfast and lots to do. Perfect spot being right on the beach and also having a pool. The hotel staff were definitely a highlight! The spa was also amazing!

We stayed in this property for 31 January 2025 to 9th February. We stayed in deluxe bangolow room. Room was very big very clean. Bed was huge. Rooms cleaned everyday. Staff works really well. Restaurants are very efficient. Breakfast was really good lots of variety. Staff service was excellent. I also used clinic in the facility. Medical staff was very friendly and attentive. Spa across the hotel was good priced and clean. Went 4 times. During our stay. Supermarket also very convenient. Very lovely hotel. Beach was not swimmable. Lots of see weed. Only a short walk to club med beach is so beautiful. Clean amazing to swim and hang around

We loved the pool and buffet breakfast. Room was beautiful and clean, with very comfortable beds, pillows and great air conditioning. Little supermarket across the road and walkable local restaurants on street and beach front. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would love to return as we loved everything.

Loved our stay here, wish Bali itself would deal with their rubbish situation, it is so sad but the property itself took pride in their premisses and it was so beautiful. Loved the swim up bar but wish the pool was open later until 11 or 12pm as it shut too soon.
They have pool tables, kids play room, small playground and a gym along with other activities.
Loved that it was also on the beach front.
Food was great with 3 restaurants options to choose from. I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning.
The only wish from the boy’s was for there to be hash browns on the menu daily.
We stayed in the Royal room which was nice, had aircon and a nice deck view. Was very authentic Bali.
Staff were amazing were delivered a complementary drink on arrival and they delivered us a cake as we were on our honeymoon and decorated our bed with flowers and swans made from towels.
Overall excellent stay and we will be back again.

If you are bringing a group RUN!!! Do NOT stay at this hotel. To be honest - the staff is sweet and wonderful. (except for the spa - they are disorganized). The management is AWFUL. They double billed us several times and would not retract the charges. It is three months later and we are STILL trying to resolve this with the credit card. Without our permission - the charged the group expenses (which were double charges) to our personal card. The management is disorganized and dishonest. On two days we had to stand there to resolved issues that should have taken 5 minutes and each time two hours. This is entirely the management and the sales team. It was an absolute mess with the group. I am a meeting planner and in 30 years have never had a worse experience. If I could give below zero stars I would! Terrible experience!!!

施設が古いからか、トイレのドアがキチンと閉まらずベッドからいつも便器が見える状態でした。眺望も悪く部屋の前の施設の壁が汚らしかった。
道路に近く、車の騒音も少し聞こえます。
部屋に通ずる階段の段が、一段で二段分の所があり、降りるとき危うく踏み外しのようになり転ぶところでした。
最初に注意して欲しかったです。
満室でもなさそうなのに、このような部屋をなぜあてがわれたかわかりません。
朝食は種類、味ともに満足でした。
スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで良かったです。
プールもまずまずでした。
ビーチは午後の満潮時には快適に泳ぐことが出来ました。
敷地ないの植物も綺麗で散歩にはとても良かったです。
