Yesterday's experience, I didn't expect there to be an Eid al-Adha prayer in the hotel pool area. Staycation without having to leave the sunnah prayer. Then we ate with family at the Gardenia restaurant, the menu was varied and the taste was delicious". This is the fourth time staying at Bess Mansion and it never fails. Thank you Bess Mansion.

Overall, everything is great, great. Starting from the cozy and spacious room👍🏻, the service, the super complete and delicious food, and the complete facilities too. But maybe my suggestion is that the TV could be added with Netflix to make it more complete and comfortable.

Overall everything is okay, the staff, the atmosphere, the room, the facilities, the best thing is the breakfast is very varied. If you stay at this hotel, make sure your e-money card is registered when checking in at the reception, yesterday when I stayed I didn't notice the information from the receptionist, because I thought it was just a parking problem, it turned out because it wasn't registered and I had already checked out the next day, my e-money was deducted 108,000 because I was charged for overnight parking. Maybe the system can be simplified... For example, real guests are given a free parking card, so they don't have to use guest e-money. Thank you, hopefully it will be more successful and continue to improve.
