The hotel stay was great. It is a good hotel as the location is very near to Halim Whoosh Station. The room is spacious. There were quite a variety of food during breakfast. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I chose this hotel for a wedding anniversary celebration. I asked for a free cake and the hotel gave it, also a decoration on the glass, very nice. Thank you Best Western Premier The Hive. We really enjoyed it.

We arrived early around 10 AM and intended to leave our luggage with the concierge. However, the staff said our room was ready, and we were welcome to go straight to our room. This was very impressive!

The first time I entered the room, I was greeted by small cockroaches in the bathroom. The balcony was very dirty, and the chairs were broken. There was limited choice of food for breakfast, even though I'm always excited to stay at a Best Western over other places. Sigh.

Room Review: The wooden floor sags a bit when walking, and the lighting is a bit dim.
Bathroom: Don't use the small plastic tubes for the soap in the room; they contain very little. I recommend switching to pump bottles for the liquid soap and shampoo.
Breakfast: Almost everything is delicious, and there's a lot of choice.
There are many coffee shops and food stalls around the hotel.
The mineral water is quite expensive, hehehehehe, 25,000 rupiah per bottle.
The swimming pool is nice and quite clean!

The first time I entered the room, I was greeted by small cockroaches in the bathroom. The balcony was very dirty, and the chairs were broken. There was limited choice of food for breakfast, even though I'm always excited to stay at a Best Western over other places. Sigh.

Friendly service, and given a room according to request, aesthetic view.. :) Very strategic location, close to Halim Airport and toll access. The food is less varied..hehe..keep your spirits up, hopefully it will be better

Room Review: The wooden floor sags a bit when walking, and the lighting is a bit dim.
Bathroom: Don't use the small plastic tubes for the soap in the room; they contain very little. I recommend switching to pump bottles for the liquid soap and shampoo.
Breakfast: Almost everything is delicious, and there's a lot of choice.
There are many coffee shops and food stalls around the hotel.
The mineral water is quite expensive, hehehehehe, 25,000 rupiah per bottle.
The swimming pool is nice and quite clean!
