Nice location near braga walkng distance, staffs are really friendly and I the service from the hotel is good. Recommend for who want to stay at the centre of bandung.

I'm very pleased to stay in here, room was spacious with a bathtub even for standard room. I surprised get a birthday cake on my birthday! Thankyou all staff especially Acel, Nidia and Anna and concierge desk Febby them was very helpful during my stay. Will definitely come back!

it’s a great hotel to stay in Bandung especially to spend time with family. but first we arrived around 4:30pm one of two room that we booked not ready yet. we request for higher floor turns out we got the highest floor 😁 the service is good and friendly, nice receptionist, clean room, the breakfast is also satisfying and also follow the protocol during this pandemic situation. the hotel place surrounded by the cool and nearby places to eat and visit. we highly recommended this place, especially for you who missing Bandung and stuff or also want to staycation here 😁☺️

The second day I stay in here, really I am super love with this hotel. The best hotel in bandung! I have already stay in many 5 star hotel in bandung, but I think crowne is super worth it! Than the others, day 1 when I told them about their breakfast, the next day I stay omg I am super appreciate it, everything changing in one night! You guys are awesome. Definitely the best 5 star hotel ever in bandung!

This is my second time staying here, and I stayed for 2 nights without any issues at all. I got the room I requested, and it was comfortable, clean, and fragrant. The staff are also friendly and very helpful from the start of the check-in process until check-out. Breakfast is varied, and there are many dessert choices. Always satisfied with the service and facilities provided.

Very strategic locations, and also friendly staff.
But, I think the building and room interior already needs major refurbishments. There’s also a minor problem on water system on the bathrooms during sunday morning 🙈 lucky they could solve it very quick

Very satisfied. The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom had a separate bathtub and shower. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Even the hotel corridors had music playing, so it wasn't intimidating.
Breakfast:
The breakfast menu was quite varied and delicious.
Cleanliness:
The rooms, linens, and public areas were very clean. I liked the smell of the hotel corridors.

Strategic location, close to Braga, can walk about 6-10 minutes. For those who have electric cars, the lobby provides electric car chargers (paid) but make sure to top up not much, because the money cannot be refunded to the account (unlike PLN). At check-in time, luckily there was an empty room, so I could check in early. The staff is friendly and helpful, fast date, everything can be clicked via cellphone. Large swimming pool. Satisfied. I think I will come back again. Parking is also spacious

Very comfortable and makes you feel at home staying here, the price is relatively cheap for a 5-star hotel, the breakfast is delicious and varied, the staff from the front desk to the inside staff are all friendly, the room is also big, the bathroom is clean, the bed is very comfortable, the pillows and blankets are clean. Access to Braga is close, next time I will definitely stay here again, yesterday when I checked in I didn't expect to get it much faster, check out was also fast without any delay.

satisfying everything, the hospitality feel is achieved, there are staff like managers who always greet in the lobby, also the receptionist greets them in a friendly manner. close to Braga.
the swimming pool is very big and child-friendly. only breakfast is charged per child, other hotels have free breakfast for children, but they only eat a little and it becomes an attraction to visit again. when swimming, towels are also limited to only 2. the hotel should also realize how to make guests want to visit again, right? staycation, children can swim freely, breakfast is fun. that's all I'm looking for.
