Holiday March 2026 Three days and two nights with Hubby, received very friendly, kind, and friendly by Mrs. Rahayu, Mr. Fahmi with early check in at 12.15 already allowed to enter and WITHOUT deposit and several of my requests were all fulfilled by the hotel. Awesome cool isn't it, even late check out was given permission until 14:00, guys, deliciousness which lies😅 Wifi, variety, food taste is quite ok. Thank you all crew Crown Plaza Bandung. Continued success, full of blessings, glory, and God bless all🙏🙏

The lounge staff were less than helpful. When I went to take a shower in the morning, the bathroom water was black and full of dirt. It took a long time for me to drain the water.

In my room 602, if the central switch is turned off, it's very dark and the power to charge my phone is cut off. There's no AC, but if it's not turned off, it's bright. You can't turn off individual items except for the table lamp and the floor lamp.

It was a pleasant stay at the Crown Plaza. It was clean, luxurious, had a varied and delicious breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, and it was centrally located. Once, tired from traveling, I decided to order dinner at the hotel, and it was delicious. Satay and soto were a perfect match, and the price was affordable. It meant I could rest early. We stayed for a day with our friends. The breakfast buffet had a very good selection of items. Hotel staff was also very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a very good stay. We will definitely recommend Crowne Plaza.

The rooms and hotel grounds were very clean, and the peaceful atmosphere ensured a comfortable stay. The hotel staff was very helpful and professional, check-in was quick, and all our needs were well taken care of.

As a 5-star hotel, the Crowne Plaza Bandung Hotel benefits from its location, offering easy walking distance to Jalan Braga and, if desired, Dago and Alun-Alun Bandung, for a morning or evening stroll through Bandung's iconic areas. Room-wise, the hotel boasts spacious and comfortable rooms with comprehensive amenities. The swimming pool is also very large, and there's also a convenient gym. Parking is ample, even though it's located in the basement, and parking is convenient. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, especially during breakfast. The food was good. However, there were two things that slightly detracted from this hotel's excellent rating. First, when we booked two twin rooms, while in other hotels the staff would happily help us convert the twin beds into doubles (by joining the two beds), at the Crowne Plaza Bandung this was possible, but at a significant additional cost. This is a bit odd, actually. Second, while the food was good, during our two-night stay, the food variety wasn't great, as there wasn't much choice for a 5-star hotel. Overall, since the Crowne Plaza Bandung's 5-star price is relatively similar to a 4-star hotel in Bandung, it's worth recommending. However, to improve customer satisfaction, I think the two complaints above are worth addressing.

Nice hotel, old room, nice staff, wonderful breakfast

Overall, I give it a 10/10. The room is clean, spacious, the bathroom is spacious (this is a plus because even if there is a bathtub, not all of them are spacious), and the amenities are very comfortable (non-built-in hairdryer, complete iron with standing base). The only thing that makes me a bit sad is that the TV is not a smart TV so it can't connect to Netflix, but it's not a problem because the breakfast is very outstanding with a varied western menu, a complete salad bar, a cheese platter and healthy juices are champions👍🏻👍🏻 Please maintain the quality of the breakfast menu because I will repeat here again haha
