I really enjoyed my stay at DENZ Express Bintaro. It was a great location, comfortable, and clean. The entire DENZ staff, from the receptionist to the other staff, and even the security guards, were all friendly, humble, and always smiling. I loved it so much that I stayed at DENZ Express for almost a full month. This was our second stay at DENZ Express, as my husband and I had previously stayed for a week.

Security is friendly, the staff is also very kind and friendly, the rooms are clean and complete, there is everything, there is even a smart TV too + Netflix. Wow, the best thing is, the bathroom is clean, complete with toiletries, the AC is really cold, I'll stay here again sometime, oh, the price is appropriate and affordable.

As usual, this is my husband and I's go-to place when we want to stay overnight. The staff and security guards are always friendly. The hotel grounds are very clean, especially the bathrooms, and it's very accessible. It's very close to coffee shops, supermarkets, and other eateries. The only issue is the AC, which leaks onto the floor, but it's okay.

The hotel is nice, clean, and comfortable. The rooms are clean and nice, the TV is good, the AC works well, the bathroom is clean, there is soap and toothbrushes, free mineral water, and the Wi-Fi is good. There is an elevator, so it's convenient. You won't get tired if you get a room on the top floor.

Nice clean room with trash can, TV, AC, sink, sitting toilet, hot water too, 3pcs towels, toothpaste, toothbrush available, round bar hotel soap, small liquid shampoo available, quiet room, use the entry card tapped on the door handle, very good first time here checkout max 12 noon and must deposit 50 thousand when checking in later returned when checking out. just look at my photos of the rules here... 🥰🥰🥰🥰 very cool!!!

I've stayed here many times, and it's absolutely wonderful. The staff are incredibly friendly. Check-in and check-out are quick and very helpful. I always request a room upstairs, and the staff are always very helpful. The hotel area, bathroom, and bedroom are all very clean. It feels very comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. The hotel area, room, and bathroom were very clean. There was just a slight problem with the AC. It would turn off by itself for a few minutes and then turn back on. The AC water was also dripping on the floor. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The receptionist was very kind. I didn't stay there. I paid for the room only because my 6 year old boy needed a comfort place to take shower in the evening before we drive home to Bogor at 10PM. the bathroom was clean. The towels too. The hot shower was great. It was very helpful.
