Overall, it was okay for a budget hotel close to Bintaro Sector, as I happened to have business in that direction. However, I did encounter some issues during my stay, as exiting the hotel immediately led to severe traffic jams due to drainage work. Hopefully, the drainage work will be completed soon and the traffic will be gone.

Overall, it's good, and the price is reasonable. The only downside is the limited parking space.

Room 206 doesn't feel like a superior room because it's too narrow, the door is different from the other rooms (a glass door like a former office). The AC isn't cold (I've asked for help but there's no AC technician, the reservationist just asked me to set the remote to 20°C and wait, but it still didn't cool down from night to morning).

I booked the hotel for my mom. She had a good stay and the staff was quite helpful. It was a relief for me. Mom didn't complain, so the room cleanliness was acceptable. The price was suitable for the service.

I never get bored coming here with my husband. The staff and everyone else are incredibly friendly. The hotel area, bathroom, bed, and everything else are always clean. I'm typically a squeamish person, but this place is truly spotless and comfortable. Check-in at 12:30 AM was smooth and very helpful. Please keep this up.

Everything in the room was broken. The AC wouldn't cool, the TV remote wouldn't work, the toilet didn't flush, the shower was tiny, and the room smelled dirty, dusty, and covered in moss.
