This is my second time staying at this hotel, and the experience has been consistently good. The check-in process was quick and easy, with only a small deposit of IDR 50,000 required. There are plenty of food stalls and local eateries around the hotel, making it very convenient to find meals. The location is also great—only about 500 meters from a shopping center. The hotel is budget-friendly and offers good value for the price. The hot water works well, the air conditioning is reliable, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

This is my second stay here. The location is strategic, close to everything in the Kuningan area. Self-service snacks and coffee are available, and the lobby terrace is perfect for hanging out with friends. Check in and check out were smooth, the staff were all nice, very helpful. The room was amazingly nice and worth it for that price, the bathroom was clean, got a welcome drink in the form of 2 small bottles of water, got 1 round bar of soap, small shampoo, toothpaste, 2 towels, and 1 face towel. Wi-Fi was smooth. The AC was really cold, clean, the bathroom had hot water, the water was very smooth and clean, not far from the location there were food stalls and Madura stalls. The most memorable hotel stay experience. Thank you very much.

Room smelled of smoke, towel is very thin and unrepresented. Service can be improved by dividing smoking and non-smoking rooms and changing the sheets, pillows, and towels accordingly to ensure guests' comfort during their stay.

Restaurant staff: Sorry, we have different management. In the end, I ate the chicken soup with my hands, the rice mixed in a plastic bag. It was an interesting experience.
