Had a really nice stay overall—the location is convenient with easy access to nearby places, the staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out was smooth; the room was comfortable, spacious enough, and had a relaxing atmosphere, plus everything was clean and well-maintained, so overall it was a pleasant experience and I’d definitely consider staying here again 👍

This is my second stay here. The location is strategic, close to everything in the Kuningan area. Self-service snacks and coffee are available, and the lobby terrace is perfect for hanging out with friends. The corridors are lined with art galleries, creating a relaxing atmosphere when walking through them.

Check in and check out were smooth, the staff were all nice, very helpful. The room was amazingly nice and worth it for that price, the bathroom was clean, got a welcome drink in the form of 2 small bottles of water, got 1 round bar of soap, small shampoo, toothpaste, 2 towels, and 1 face towel. Wi-Fi was smooth. The AC was really cold, clean, the bathroom had hot water, the water was very smooth and clean, not far from the location there were food stalls and Madura stalls. The most memorable hotel stay experience. Thank you very much.

The service from the staff, security, and everything else was fine. The room was okay, with just one thing missing: please check the cleanliness of the towels. They smelled a bit musty, like they'd been dried and then put back in the fridge, like towels that hadn't been laundered. That's about it, but otherwise, it was a great stay.

Upon entering, the receptionist greeted me with a grumpy face and in my opinion was far from friendly. There was no good afternoon greeting or anything like that. I was given a room in the bottom corner & previously I asked there were no empty rooms upstairs, then the receptionist repeatedly said it was full and full. Then when I checked the bedroom downstairs, the sheets were like that, like they hadn't been washed properly / not changed, I don't know why. And in my room there was no cellphone signal (not a Wi-Fi signal & I didn't want to use Wi-Fi), then I asked to be moved to another room and was given one upstairs, then there was a signal. And actually there are rooms that are slightly better in condition than the one downstairs. Why say it's already full and it's already full. Please pay attention and improve, especially the friendliness and attitude of the FO so they can be more friendly to hotel guests. Smiling and being friendly are important.

Please check the toilet again. The water is leaking, making the floor wet. The shower is unusable, and the toilet is full of worms. The room is dirty, with lots of ants, especially on the bed.

The room is comfortable. Hot water, cool AC, and Wi-Fi are available. The rest is up for grabs. Oh yeah, breakfast is free, but there are vendors selling delicious food at standard prices in the capital. It's located near a busway stop, a 5-minute walk.
