The location is great, which is why I always request a stay here every time I go to Bali.
The food is great, the room is okay because I stayed in the Deluxe Garden, so access to the restaurant, pool, and Kuta Beach is very easy and close.
This time, the real problem is the security. This is my third stay at this hotel this year, but the security is still unfriendly.
Forget smiling, they don't even say hello when we pass by at night.
They're busy playing on their phones, like they're playing games.
My driver was also scolded for parking for a while while waiting for me.
Very rude, even factory security is very polite.

The location is great, which is why I always request a stay here every time I go to Bali.
The food is great, the room is okay because I stayed in the Deluxe Garden, so access to the restaurant, pool, and Kuta Beach is very easy and close.
This time, the real problem is the security. This is my third stay at this hotel this year, but the security is still unfriendly.
Forget smiling, they don't even say hello when we pass by at night.
They're busy playing on their phones, like they're playing games.
My driver was also scolded for parking for a while while waiting for me.
Very rude, even factory security is very polite.

Cozy rooms with great decor and exceptionally comfortable beds, plus a very clean and well-stocked bathroom, and the staff were incredibly friendly, efficient, and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant!

Strategically located close to the airport, Kuta Beach, and Legian. The hotel's atmosphere is very comfortable, the service is excellent from all the staff, breakfast menu is extensive and varied. Me and my family really enjoyed staying at Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel.
