The TV is on but there is no picture, there is no water heater and mineral water, the mattress is comfortable, the air conditioner is cold the rest is normal.

My deposit was not given, when I checked out it was not 11 o'clock after I wanted to take the deposit money said it was hit by chars because it was past hours even though I was approached by an employee he said at 11 o'clock but I left before 11 o'clock when I was out also I had time to sit a few minutes in the lobby but the employees didn't return me.

The location of the hotel is strategic, but the cleanliness is not maintained, the bathroom is dirty, the first room is not cold, so the room is moved to another room where the bathroom is dirty and smelly, the water is also rather smelly in the second room. Hopefully in the future there will be change.

The hotel does not provide soap, when booking there is no information, the air conditioner sounds very loud, asked to change the room answered all the rooms the air conditioner sounded loud, lots of cockroaches, even under the pillow, really annoying, not recommended ...

When I used to stay at this hotel when it was very cozy and clean, but now it's really dirty, the floor of the room has been cracked and the walls of the room have lots of saliva or what makes the walls stain, especially the bathroom is really dirty, sorry already in the room because it's already paid, sob.
