the hotel is very dirty and I found a cockroach on my bed. and the bathroom is very bad. besides the price is not comparable to the service

The TV is on but there is no picture, there is no water heater and mineral water, the mattress is comfortable, the air conditioner is cold the rest is normal.

My deposit was not given, when I checked out it was not 11 o'clock after I wanted to take the deposit money said it was hit by chars because it was past hours even though I was approached by an employee he said at 11 o'clock but I left before 11 o'clock when I was out also I had time to sit a few minutes in the lobby but the employees didn't return me.

The location of the hotel is strategic, but the cleanliness is not maintained, the bathroom is dirty, the first room is not cold, so the room is moved to another room where the bathroom is dirty and smelly, the water is also rather smelly in the second room. Hopefully in the future there will be change.
