The ambiance of the hotel is great! The staff are very polite and friendly. The check-in went very smooth and we got the surprise that we got an upgrade to the junior suite. This suite was excellent. The breakfast had much variety. I really recommend this hotel. This hotel is also a heaven for kids with all the pools and kids things to do. Thank you Eastparc for a pleasure staying.

Our family had a truly magnificent staycation experience at EastParc Hotel Jogja. I’ve stayed in many hotels, both for business and family trips, but this one really stood out as something really special.
From the very beginning, we were welcomed with a smooth and quick check-in handled by friendly staff. The room was spacious and even came with a complimentary extra bed, which was perfect for one person or a child. The hotel’s location is also very strategic, right in the heart of Jogja.
The highlight of our stay was definitely the amusement park combined with a water park and outbound facilities within the hotel area. This made our family vacation even more enjoyable. From ATV rides, virtual reality cinema, multiple water slides, and a wave pool to horse riding and outbound activities, everything was designed to create fun and memorable moments for families.
Overall, it was an amazing stay, and the facilities exceeded our expectations. Without a doubt, the next time we visit Jogja, we will stay at EastParc Hotel Jogja again. Super highly recommended!

This hotel is simply the best. Friendly staff, large, clean rooms, extra mattresses provided, and child-friendly. There are plenty of children's games inside, so you won't get bored. There are water rides, a merry-go-round, horseback riding, and more. Perfect for those who just want to stay in the hotel and not have to go anywhere.

The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, but the bathroom floor was a bit slippery when it was wet, so you need to be careful, and the room floor was cleaned with soap so it was very clean, very much in line with the price of the room and the facilities provided.

The best hotel, the definition of "you get what you pay for," is that everything is really great. Each ride has its own opening and closing hours, which keeps it clean. However, the staff aren't smiling enough. Perhaps a little friendliness would have made the hot Jogja atmosphere cooler. However, the female staff member handling the fun riders was very friendly and very helpful, helping my child who couldn't get used to it quickly.
But overall, it's THE BEST.
I will come back here again if I go to Jogja 🤩🤩
