The bedroom was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable—I had a great night's sleep. The location is convenient, close to the city center and mall. Ordering food was easy, with plenty of nearby restaurant options. While there was no hairdryer or iron in the room, you can request them, and the staff will bring them promptly. Overall, a very nice stay!

The second day we stayed overall was really good 😉 really helped us 👍 excellent service, friendly staff and friendly to customers. Very helpful when we had to move rooms and also in a critical position had to leave our suitcases for a while for our activities. The staff were fast respond and good service. What's lacking: First, parking is limited and paid. So, if you stay there, minimize your entry and exit to reduce parking costs. Second, the soundproofing of the room. I didn't find it noisy or crowded, but I was told to turn down the volume. If it wasn't soundproof, it was the hotel's fault, not the guest's. However, the breakfast was varied and when it ran out, it was immediately restocked. Everything else was fine.

When I entered the room, it smelled of cigarettes. Even though it said it was a non-smoking hotel. Maybe the smell was in the carpet. After opening the window and turning on the AC for a while, the smell disappeared. But when the AC was turned off, the cigarette smell returned. The room wasn't soundproof, and coincidentally, the room next door was noisy until late at night. Finally, I called the receptionist to reprimand me.

It's very close to the Unesa campus, the Lidah Wetan culinary center, and the Graha Family Food Court. So we didn't book a room with breakfast. It's quite clean. There are no connecting rooms available. Water is refillable.

a pleasant stay for a quick weekend activity in pakuwon area. location is strategic (if you will have activities around west surabaya/ pakuwon area. quite good budget hotel ambience. the staffs are helpful. our room was initially noisy (because it is located adjacent of the elevator), but the front office were quick to respond to our complaint. we opted for an upgrade, and the kind front office lady offered us a room located in the back of the corridor so it was exponentially quieter than our previous room. the process was quick and convenient, as our luggage neatly moved to the new room by the staffs. the breakfast menu was average but enjoyable, it is a budget hotel anyway. there was no egg station but the staffs kindly obliged our request for omelettes. overall, this is good hotel for budget constraint stay. if you are sensitive to noise, when checking in, ask front office staff for a room as far as possible from the elevator.

I had to go around three times because the access to the hotel entrance was not visible (near the Shell gas station). The staff was very friendly, clean and comfortable. Very close to PTC Supermall, Bakmi GM (right in front), the area is good. Thank you to all the team, next time I stay again.

The room smells musty and there is no lighting from outside because the window is useless…. I took this hotel because I saw a picture that said there was a window but it turned out to be just a camouflage window with no light haha… the price is a bit too expensive for this quality of hotel…
