The intention was just to take the kids swimming at the hotel, I deliberately looked for the Nusa Dua area and right when I exited the toll road, so I didn't get stuck in traffic because it was a long weekend. I found several hotels, but this hotel had a playground, and with an affordable price, I think it should be tried. When I checked in, surprisingly we got a free upgrade! I booked a grand deluxe pool view, got a family suit! The room was very spacious, one main bed and there was a bunk bed for the kids, and the bathroom was also spacious. The staff were super friendly. There were 2 playgrounds, one indoor and one outdoor, and there was also a toy rack that could be borrowed for the kids. There were also 2 swimming pools, one for adults and one for children. As for the food, it was delicious! I even ordered dinner, it was delicious and the price was still affordable for a hotel in Nusa Dua. The breakfast was also delicious and the menu was varied. Btw, I'm not the type of person who likes to write reviews every time I stay at a hotel. But this really had to be reviewed, because it was really beyond my expectations! The kids are happy, their parents are much happier :).

No ENG staff on night shift, and IT was off on Sunday — for a hotel of this scale, shouldn’t someone be on standby? On the second night, the TV finally worked — just before check-out — after a signal booster was installed. Why wasn’t this suggested earlier? The sliding ceiling panel near the bathroom door was open. The glass shelf above the sink had a chipped edge that was quite sharp. I didn’t get a photo, but you can check — was I given an OOO room? Also, I paid for one night of extra bed, but it wasn’t removed the next day until I said something. Would I have been charged again if I hadn’t mentioned it? overall, not worth what I paid for.

I paid a decent amount, but upon arrival, the Smart TV didn’t work. At first, I thought it was just the Wi-Fi, but even by night, I couldn't enjoy the facility I paid for. No ENG staff on night shift, and IT was off on Sunday — for a hotel of this scale, shouldn’t someone be on standby? On the second night, the TV finally worked — just before check-out — after a signal booster was installed. Why wasn’t this suggested earlier? The sliding ceiling panel near the bathroom door was open. The glass shelf above the sink had a chipped edge that was quite sharp. I didn’t get a photo, but you can check — was I given an OOO room? Also, I paid for one night of extra bed, but it wasn’t removed the next day until I said something. Would I have been charged again if I hadn’t mentioned it? overall, not worth what I paid for.
