The mattress was itchy, the room was dirty as if it hadn't been cleaned for a long time, the water came out dirty.

The A/C water drain into the bathroom wasn't properly maintained, often leaving it wet. We were offered the opportunity to move rooms, but it turned out to be the same. Be careful of slips, especially if you're bringing elderly people like me. Hopefully, the hotel management will address this, as it's a safety concern for the guests.

The restaurant staff remains friendly as usual, but the FO staff seems to need more training to understand public speaking and manners better, so as not to disappoint.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was okay but not special. Good for families with kids, but the stairs were not elderly-friendly.

Cleanliness needs to be improved. The sheets were dirty and the towels smelled.

Children's pool and children's play facilities are good

I wanted to try a mezzanine room because I wanted a bit more space, but I was moved to an upgraded room, even though it was more expensive, it was cramped and dirty, there were spider webs, I asked the cleaning staff to change the sheets, they were very quick to change them, but the spider webs and dust were still there 😓

I've been waiting for a long time for the check-in room to be cleaned, but when I checked in the room was still dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned, the office floor was dusty, the toilet had dirt.

I paid a decent amount, but upon arrival, the Smart TV didn’t work. At first, I thought it was just the Wi-Fi, but even by night, I couldn't enjoy the facility I paid for. No ENG staff on night shift, and IT was off on Sunday — for a hotel of this scale, shouldn’t someone be on standby? On the second night, the TV finally worked — just before check-out — after a signal booster was installed. Why wasn’t this suggested earlier? The sliding ceiling panel near the bathroom door was open. The glass shelf above the sink had a chipped edge that was quite sharp. I didn’t get a photo, but you can check — was I given an OOO room? Also, I paid for one night of extra bed, but it wasn’t removed the next day until I said something. Would I have been charged again if I hadn’t mentioned it? overall, not worth what I paid for.

It's quite good even though the water in the toilet won't rise, I understand this because they said there was only one engineer on staff even though it was already 9 am.

The food tasted okay for ordering food outside of breakfast. I was a little disappointed because I couldn't enjoy eggs/omelettes even though I had ordered RB. I couldn't because it wasn't an executive room type.

This hotel no elevator. It is very uncomfortable to have a room on the up floor as in our experience. The room is not soundproof the sound from pub very disturbing

The rooms are clean, but some of the linens smell like damp, ironed linen. This hotel doesn't have an elevator, so be careful with your suitcase wheels. 🙏🏻

I was resting when suddenly a staff member opened my room door impolitely and on the last day of my stay the room was not tidied up.

Overall good, just that our bathroom water was a bit clogged, so when taking a shower the water went everywhere. The room is quite narrow because the space between the wall & the bed is very close.

Order 3 rooms, none of them are correct 1. Room 1 AC is not cold, bathroom door cannot be closed 2. Room 2 bathroom water overflows until it comes out 3. Room 3 AC is also not cold

Clean, comfortable, green hotel. Not noisy and child friendly.
