Surprisingly, the deluxe room feels more spacious, maybe because there is no balcony. I booked several times and was never disappointed with the hotel. My family is also very happy. In-room dining is also very nice, with big portions and delicious taste.

I really really like it! Yesterday I stayed in the junior suite room, it was worth the price 😍🫰🏻 there was a bath up and complete amenities and got 2 balconies and a mountain view. Honestly, the food tasted really good! There was an ice cream machine haha you can take as much as you want and most importantly the view is the best. There is a swimming pool with warm water. The garden is beautiful, it's just a shame there is no elevator from the parking lot so if you park below it's really difficult to lift your suitcase, hopefully there will be a shuttle soon

I highly recommend staying here, guys. You get what you pay for, and you're guaranteed not to regret it. It's the most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed at in Puncak. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the hotel facilities are top-notch.

The hotel is nice, clean, comfortable, and has a beautiful mountain view. The flower garden is also nice, clean, and well-maintained. The heated swimming pool is a favorite. As for the food, it lacks seasoning. The Indonesian food isn't very varied, but it's tasty, just a little lacking in salt. The bread and dessert section is complete, perhaps they could add some cake. For the record: the spa staff are unfriendly. As soon as I walked in, I already had a bad look on my face. Even though I only asked a few questions, the answers were less than pleasant. I didn't want to continue looking at the price list. Because the most important thing is the first interaction. If it's not pleasant and friendly from the start, I'm reluctant to continue. I got free photos. The photo staff were very friendly, which made me interested in printing more, no matter the additional cost. The important thing is that they are friendly, and we feel comfortable and interested in using their services. Thank you, Aston Puncak. May you always be successful.

Everything is okay from the staff, room facilities, hotel facilities... However, the taste of the food needs to be improved or perhaps you can hire more qualified human resources in the restaurant, the taste is still inferior to other 5 star hotels.
