The room was great, the price was affordable. The amenities were excellent. The bathroom was clean, the room smelled nice. The room area was spacious, and the price was around 300,000 Rupiah, which was really good. I recommend it and will stay here again if I go to Bali.

luxury hotel, spacious room, AC leaked but the technician quickly fixed it, bathroom is a bathtub, next to Indo*****, breakfast needs a lot of repairs and improvements, the variety is good but the side dishes don't have meat, chicken, only eggs and are more vegetarian, there is food located in the outer corner (porridge section) which is not covered so there are lots of small flies. so far it's ok. the price is still affordable. the swimming pool is nice.

It seems like this hotel is old, maybe it was once very good in its time, there is a lot of rust on the walls, but for a room of that size with a price of Rp. 500 thousand, I think it is worth it, there is a hot water bathtub for the bathtub 24 hours, the hotel staff is very friendly, for breakfast, the breakfast is varied but the taste is lacking.

It's a shame I had to lose out on a night because of the big flood in Bali so I didn't stay the whole night because the water and electricity were out so I had to move to another hotel. Traveloka couldn't give me a refund for that, and neither could the hotel. I didn't have time for breakfast either because I couldn't cook at the hotel.

Actually, this hotel is in a very strategic location, close to the airport, main road and Bali mall, but I registered at 1:00 PM and only entered the room at 2:30 PM, and got the room at the very end as if in a warehouse, the room lights were very dim, the TV couldn't be turned off, the room phone was broken, what was more disappointing, at 4:30 AM all the lights went out, the hallway was pitch black, and the staff's response was very slow, even though I had said I wanted to check out at 6 AM, fortunately my child and I had already showered at 4 AM, unfortunately my husband didn't have time to shower and the water was completely off, he couldn't do ablution, the breakfast that was promised to be served at 6 AM wasn't cooked yet (okay, this is understandable), the most absurd thing is... a hotel of this class doesn't have a generator, we were in the dark both in the hallway and in the room... my suggestion, prepare a generator... at least enough for the lights... improve the quality of service and room facilities, because even the pillows smell musty, The glass door leading out (the balcony) is also very dirty and looks like a warehouse.

Old hotel, poor room lighting, curtains are too dark so they look spooky, bed sheets are not clean, there are not enough plugs for cell phone chargers, the spa closes too early so you can't use the facilities.

The room is spacious, clean, the bed is comfortable, the atmosphere is calm, not noisy, very suitable for a staycation.

The rooms here are really luxurious. The room concept is also really cool. The kids really like it. The kids' pool is just poorly maintained, and the shower room smells. It's perfect for a Bali vacation if you're close to the city and want to shop for souvenirs before heading to the airport.

stayed 6 nights, quite pleasant, the hotel food is quite good even though the taste is standard, the room is quite spacious even though many of the floors are peeling, the mirrors inside the hotel are already blurry, many of the furniture is old-fashioned and lacks maintenance, some of the facilities are not even functioning but are still attached and installed, actually this hotel is really worth it, it's just a shame that the staff service is not very friendly, learn more about greeting hotel guests, it's important in my opinion rather than the receptionist being busy scrolling through social media, until they don't realize there are guests who are already on standby..

Some of the bathroom equipment in the room is damaged and needs to be replaced.
