In terms of taste, the food is delicious, but there aren't many menu choices, maybe because it wasn't the weekend so there weren't many people staying, so the food was adjusted to the quantity, but it was still delicious.

According to the time information, hotel check-in is at 14:00, but when they arrived at 15:40 the room was not ready.
Requests for connecting door rooms were not fulfilled even though there was an option on Traveloka.
The room wallpaper looked shabby and peeled off, the bathroom flusher tap was broken so that water seeped in.
The parking lot in the basement has no access to stairs/lifts for people to the lobby or rooms so they have to walk from vehicle access.
The receptionist staff did not provide good answers, but the room boy and security staff were good.

We ordered a twin bed room but it turned out that the mattresses could not be combined, but when we ordered it, the rules were not stated, the wifi in the room could not be used from the first check in, the hotel cleaning staff entered the room without permission even though we had reported that the room did not need to be cleaned and the staff entered when we were not in the room, there was no hair dryer in the bathroom even though the room caption stated that it was available, I am fed up of staying at this hotel.

Stayed here for 2 days, overall the service, location, cleanliness are good, the food is also varied & delicious. The swimming pool facilities are of decent size, the kids are happy. However, there are a few obstacles, on the 2nd day the bath water was not warm, the wifi code given did not connect, the TV broadcast was only active on 3 local channels. The room is not soundproof, the 2nd night was quite disturbed by the noise from other rooms.
