Upon arrival, the hotel staff greeted me very friendly and the check-in process was quick. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The atmosphere was classic yet well-maintained, making for a more restful rest after a long day of activities. The hotel facilities are also complete—a swimming pool, a restaurant with a varied menu, and an elegant lobby area. The breakfast was one of my favorites. There was a wide selection of dishes, ranging from traditional Indonesian to international. The service was prompt and warm. Overall, my stay at the Grand Sahid Jaya made me feel well-treated. This hotel is perfect for both business and leisure trips. I will definitely return again in the future.

Good maintenance for old hotel. Price affordable for Sudirman, staffs very friendly. We found 1 small dead cockroach under the table, but the room was clean, big and comfortable, so it was a minor thing for us. But good if the housekeeping could recheck again every room before guest check in. Overall nice stay, nice legend hotel in Sudirman.

The only downside has always been the parking. It's far away and is located in B3 because the upper level is for residents. The restaurant's food variety has also decreased. But the price and location are already very good.
