We would like to inform you that your room is located on the 5th floor which is the smoking floor (smoking area) as requested during check-in. For this floor, we have intentionally designed a vinyl/parquet floor (no carpet). We have implemented this policy to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the guest rooms and to minimize the absorption of cigarette smoke odors that are difficult to eliminate from the carpet. This is for the long-term comfort of all guests staying on this floor. For guests who require a fully carpeted room, we offer carpeting in all non-smoking floors.
