My score (3/10) The room was quite clean. However, the towels seemed to need replacing, as they were unsuitable for use, especially for hotel guests. The sheets were yellowing; either they hadn't been changed or they were old. Breakfast wasn't varied, and it tasted awful. I only liked eggs and toast. Asking for help from the front desk staff didn't help; they just tossed it to another department. At 6:00 AM, I received a call from the front desk to my room, asking if I'd used the hair dryer I'd borrowed. It was annoying and rude. The hair dryer was obviously used during my stay, so why would they ask me that?

Overall, it's good, but the elevator button to the 12th floor restaurant is locked before 6 a.m. It seems like they don't want to disturb us when we go to the restaurant. It should just be opened like before.

The 2 PM check-in time is too rigid. Hospitality should be more flexible. If the room is ready at 1:30, it should be processed, at least the registration process first, then just hand over the key at 2 PM. In reality, at 2 PM, people are still looking for a room. Remember, the hotel lobby is not large. Seating is also limited. This is my third stay here. Previously, this hotel was highly recommended. That's why I chose this hotel again. It turned out to be a disappointment. Especially the FO lady who was in charge on Sunday at 1 PM, she was very stiff and unfriendly and didn't wear a name tag, so I didn't know her name.
