The hotel was quite nice: spacious rooms, good bathrooms, and no Wi-Fi. Room cleanliness could also be improved, as it felt stuffy, smelled of cigarette smoke, and the sheets and towels were a bit dusty. However, the service was good. Mineral water was replaced daily (at least during my stay), and dirty glasses were washed.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quite well-equipped. However, some appliances, such as the electric kettle and TV remote, were poorly maintained, making them somewhat difficult to use. The room was bright in the morning due to the windows that let in sunlight, but it was less bright at night, especially around the desk area needed for writing or reading. It was close to Cihampelas and Ciwalk shops, making it very easy to shop for souvenirs or relax/explore. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my visit. Thank you 🙏🏻

I highly recommend this place for a stay in Bandung, whether you're alone, with a partner, or with your family. It's just a short walk across the street from Cihampelas Walk. The staff is friendly, they left me my stuff even though I've already checked out, but they were still friendly and willing to help. Breakfast is a buffet but there aren't many choices, but it's okay for the price. The AC is cold, there's a water heater, no smart TV yet, and the Wi-Fi is decent. The location is strategic and close to everything. Hopefully the management can continue to develop, keep up the good work. Love you guys 😁
