The room wasn't clean, far from the photos shown in the app. The walls were covered in mold. The bathroom was dirty and slippery, as if it hadn't been cleaned, and towels weren't provided.

My first time staying in Bandung, I immediately got a hotel as good as this. Green Batara, thank you so much for upgrading my room to a premium room at no cost. The view from the hotel is amazing, and the breakfast is also very varied. It really gave me the best experience in Bandung 🫶🏻

In room 404, I had trouble closing the bathroom door and the AC wasn't cold enough. However, after requesting a room change, I was moved immediately and thankfully without any hassle. So, I think the service is good. Regarding the breakfast menu, I think it needs a few additions to make it more appealing and I recommend it, as I've stayed at two Batara hotels and the breakfast menu has always been the same. Otherwise, it's fine and good.

We stayed in rooms 809 & 811. The location is strategic right across from Ciwalk, the breakfast was delicious but the appearance was less than appealing, the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved. The sheets & bed cover need to be replaced because they are moldy, the walls of the room should be repainted, the AC in room 811 was leaking.

The water went out when we wanted to shower in the morning, and we waited until 10 a.m. and it was still off. Disappointed with the hotel staff's handling of the water issue, we weren't in the best mood for our trip.
